There was an issue with the script used to change orders in that a person in one of the order-specific ranks (warrior/priest/etc) would remain with their old order's rank when they changed. That left some people as Krath Prelates, for example.
That problem is fixed, but I'm not sure who was affected by the error other than Esca (who pointed out the problem. Thanks!).
If you are one of the four order ranks and have changed your order since the new dossiers came out (IE in the last month) please make sure you have the appropriate rank. If you don't, contact me, Sarin, Muz or Kraval. We'll fix it.

What about the issue with Order changes on the dossier's history outline? Right now, it only says "Order change to" when, I think, it should say something like "Order change to Krath", etc.
Still working on that one. The data is in the database -- it's just not displaying correctly.
