I just finished adding a few more requested functions to the LoA stuff.

• There is now a reason field that must be filled out when a member goes on LoA.

• Instructions added to the LoA Form

• A note will now pop up on a member's administration menu when they are on LoA, reminding them to remove the status when they are back.

• There is a new column on the roster pages called "Status." When you now view a unit, it has "LoA" in yellow next to the appropriate members.
