I just tracked down and fixed a couple persistent bugs:
Line breaks within the History Outline event details display properly now instead of just one big garbled mess.
The bug within the medal rec form that kept people from seeing competitions set for units they are in charge of is fixed. You can now rec medals for any competition that you yourself made, that is set to a unit you are in charge of, or is set to a sub unit of the unit you are in charge of.
Thanks to Duga for poking me on this.

There seems to be another, quite unusual bug since it does not appear in all browsers. I do not get it in IE on my home machine nor do I get it in either Firefox nor IE on my work box, but I do get it on Firefox at home. The errors in the error console are, upon loading each page:
(Warning) Unknown property "filter". Declaration dropped. (various CSS files)
$ is not defined (jquery-calendar.pack.js, line 6)
JQuery is not defined (jquery.livequery.pack.js, line 9 and others)
and finally, depending on page, one or two more "$ is not defined" in the actual ASP loaded. (in news.asp these are lines 247 and 265).
This causes the user interface to be quite broken for me - cannot collapse any posts on news, do not see anything on the dossier page except the sublinks normally on the tabs. When I click a dossier subpage, I get a badly formatted version of the content in the entire window, again unable to expand/collapse any entry.
Firefox version is 2.0.0.11; OS is Windows XP, freshly installed (new PC after a hardware defect).
Can anyone help me out on this?
Hmmz, okay, seems a major cleanout of all djb.com Firefox data (cache and cookies) has resolved the main issue (pages are usable again), but I still do get the "Unknown property filter" warnings. Is that a general Firefox problem?
Natth: I don't seem to get that error. I have Firefox 2.0.0.11 and run Microsoft XP Home, as well.
Thanks for the fixes, Jac.
I was recently promoted into the Equites. However, the date since elevation still shows over a year on my dossier (when I was promoted the previous time). I don't know if this is a isolated bug or a site wide one with the new website format, but it is sometime to look into.
