Kraval has decided to step down as the Master at Arms because of real life taking precedence. Kraval has done an exceptional job as MAA and I would like to thank him informally for all of his hard work. I'll thank him formally in a few days.

Please send your applications to Muz and I with the subject line "I want to be the button pusher". Your application should include your past performance in the Dark Brotherhood, your thoughts on why you would make a good MAA, and your ideas on how we can improve our promotion and awards system.

Prior to applying, you should know that I plan on making changes to the promotion and awards system that play a large roll in how you as the new MAA do business. Namely, medals will be a reason to promote someone, not to delay their promotion (example, if a guy wins the medal of honor, we are not going to tell him he cannot be promoted to staff sergeant because he just received a medal).
