There's a glitch with how the Forums are validating new (the ten-thousand series pins) members. Namely, they're not.

Until we get the code fixed, please go ahead and try to register, then send me an email at [Log in to view e-mail addresses] with your forum name and your pin, and I will validate your account by hand and send a temporary password to your registered email address.

Leaders, please pass this info along to your new members.
