Sorry for the tardiness of this announcement, ISP problems prevented me from getting it out on time for you all.

Work is progressing nicely on most of what I talked about in my previous announcements. You should expect to see the SA admin features, and the Promo/Medal/Transfer emails a little more detailed, and sent to more people. I'm also looking at implementing a new feature to the system that will notify your superiors when you have requested a transfer or order change.
