1) My scores aren't listed on my dossier, what do I do?
Email Taigikori and myself, and we will use our records to update your dossier with scores we can find. For those we can't find, we'll handle them on a case-by-case basis. Note that the Test of Wisdom and Test of Power do not have scores, it's just a pass/fail line. Please be patient when requesting scores to be added, and we have to sort through documents for each course individually.
2) I retook an exam and still didn't make the 85% mark, do I have to wait three months like the rules say?
For the course of the GJW that rule is changed to a one week wait. However, if you still do not meet the 85% mark after the third retake, then you have to wait three months.
3) I passed all the required courses before the GJW started, but never requested the degree. Can I request it now for points?
No, the rules state that you can have earned the prerequisites before the war started, but not all of them. If you have to retake one exam because it is too low, then that degree counts. Otherwise it does not. JST Kir stated:
The reason that only degrees earned during the GJW count for this event is the same reason that only gaming matches played during the GJW count towards it. In Great Jedi Wars, we award for the activity completed during the competition - not for activity done before it, or after it. We acknowledge that some people won't be able to participate in this event due to this rule, but we feel these rules keep this event in the spirit of how Great Jedi Wars and general Brotherhood competitions are run. 4) I am an old member and have Shadow Academy courses from 2002 or earlier. How do I go about getting these scores?
--We have no records for courses pre-2003. When awarding degrees, we assume you scored at least an 85% on them. This means you cannot have them deleted for retake, unless you can show us an email with your score.
5) I scored an 84% on an exam. Can I have it deleted for retake?
--Usually we let 84% and 83% slide, as long as there aren't tons of them. During the GJW, however, we will be following the 85% rule to the number, so 84% exams can be deleted for retakes (hint, hint).

The only way this comparable to gaming is if you said; You gain x points for playing a gaming platform but only if you have never played on that platform before and points for a specific platform will only be awarded once.
It does not matter how much you have gamed before the GJW, because anyone can now compete and play the exact same amount of matches as anyone else. This however is not true for the SA event, where you are telling some people here are 9 degrees you can complete and other sorry, you can only complete 3, thatll teach you for being proactive.
When did the spirit of how Great Jedi Wars and general Brotherhood involve telling our members that they either cannot compete or that they can compete, but cannot get anywhere near as many points as anyone else.
Lastly, make it fair. At least let those of us whom had been active enough to do the degrees in the past a means of re-earning them.
