I went through the database yesterday and updated all the access permissions and medal requesting permissions. If you are missing a function or a medal that you think you should have, please email me.

Most importantly, I have made some significant changes to medal request access. First of all, all leaders down to the House level can now directly request the Legion of the Scholar medal. You still must get it approved in any competition requests but this should cut down on bureaucracy.

Secondly, though the position of House Rollmaster has changed over time, it has since morphed into something of a junior House/Clan leader. Every Clan/House uses it for something slightly different yet fundamentally similar. In recognition of this fact, I have given Rollmasters the ability to recommend Sapphire crescents and below in addition to Dark Crosses and Anteian Crosses. Of course, as always, Rollmasters will need to abide by the chain of command like everyone else.
