<big>Consul Report - Naga Sadow</big>

== Introduction ==

Greetings fellow Jedi,

For those of you who don't really know me, hopefully you'll be hearing some more as time goes on. As this is my first report as Consul of Naga Sadow, I'm using a new format that's a little different than what I'm used to so bare with me; I'm also going to open with a bit of an introduction for myself to get the formalities out of the way.

I've been a member of the Brotherhood for close to two years, within that time I have called Naga Sadow my home and have steadily been in every leadership position available within a unit of the club. I'm generally a behind the scenes kind of worker, so you've probably seen some of the things I've had a hand in without much of a connection and will definately hear more of me through these reports than anything. Outside of the club, I'm a Manager for a retail store of a telecom provider up here in Canada so I have a fair bit of experience managing various individuals. Overall, I generally have an open door policy for anyone, if you have a question or anything I'm always ready to respond via email or IRC. I believe that about sums it all up, so lets move on.

As I've taken a step up into the big chair, something I intend to make you all proud with, it has opened a little void with which we must contend with. That said, I am officially opening applications for the position of Proconsul of Naga Sadow. As with all other leadership applications, remember to email not just your summit but Muz and Halcyon as well as they absolutely want to know what leaders the Brotherhood has to offer. Just a couple of "requirements" listed below, but as with other applications if you feel you're up for the challenge, send one in. Worst thing we can say is "Sorry, you're not what we're looking for."

Proconsul Requirements

• Possess the rank of Equite 1 or higher

• 24-hour email turn-around or less; 72-hour accepted under extreme circumstances

• Prior leadership experience at House/Clan summit preferred

• Ideas/Suggestions for the improvement of the Clan, 30/60/90 if applicable

• High-levels of IRC presence preferred

• Leadership history within the Brotherhood

• Recommendations you feel may help your chances of being selected

• Additional skills/advantages you feel you may possess

We've also seen a bit of a shift with the Houses and have seen both of the Quaestors take their step forward in opening applications for their Aediles. While House Shar Dakhan is approaching a decision for their Aedile, House Marka Ragnos with Quaestor Teu Pepoi are opening their applications to the Brotherhood as a whole. That said, the requirements for them are below:

Aedile Requirements

• Submit a 30/60/90 day plan with your application

• High-levels of IRC presence

• 72-hour maximum email turn-around

• Possess the rank of Dark Jedi Knight or higher

• References or Recommendations you feel may help your chances of being selected

With nothing else really to mention here, lets move on to the remainder of the report.

== Up and Coming ==

Things have been a little quiet on our front as we're recovering from the Wiki outage and have been getting refocused in our seat as a Clan of the Brotherhood. With that said, your Summit is now gearing up with our next target in mind: the Great Jedi War. While the War itself does have some time away, that doesn't mean that we can't start getting into the correct mindset for it. Something your Summit has been carefully chipping away at you all for the last month or so.

In our Unrest run-on, we're working our way through our Pirate arc with some focus on the development of our Houses to help flesh out the Clan. Additionally we have some of a shift towards the ACC with an open challenge from your Summit as well as a bit of focus on gaming as well with some of our new competitions, this will be discussed a bit more later.

Your Quaestors themselves have also been plotting and scheming ways to get you all more involved in your Houses as well as the Clan, something I'll leave to them to discuss with you as Mirado has mentioned in his report. As you've already seen, we've extended applications for the position of Aedile in both Houses and we are now openly seeking a Proconsul to fill the void that I've opened up. Detailed information on those is up above as I'm sure you'll remember.

== Internal Buzz ==

We've been fairly quiet this past month; something I will admit that I'm not overly proud of but I know its something that happens this time of year as many people are pushing for the end of their semester. That said, we'll need to get back in gear and what better way to do that than by doing competitions? Right now there's a fair number running about from our Fist and Voice of the Brotherhood, some fairly easy shinies there if you're willing to put in a little time and effort. We also have our own House competitions as well as a few bonuses from the Clan level as well for you to enjoy.

• Battle Royale - An open ACC Challenge from your Summit

• Clues and More Clues - Just like the board game, we're looking at who with what and where the murder was performed

Brotherhood Competitions

• JA Smash - Jedi Academy one-vs-one competition for everyone

• JO Mosh Pit - Jedi Outcast free-for-all competition for everyone

• Killzone 3 - Killzone 3 for PS3 one-vs-one competition for everyone to enjoy

• Beat up the Fist's Magistrate: Dante - Along with most of the "Beat-up" competitions, challenge Dante to any game he owns and win

• Special Gaming Event: Gears of War - The Fist has decided to do a wet-run with the Gears of War series for the Xbox 360; easiest will be Gears of War 2 or Gears of War 3 everyone

Keep an eye out for new competitions from the Fist and Voice as I'm sure there will be some more competitions in general coming down the pipeline as July gets moving, lets get into a little bit about what you've all been doing to keep us busy.

Moving along to some updates with our membership, I'm going to be forward and just state that since this report is a larger scope than some of my previous ones, I'm not going to be as detailed as before since your Quaestors can more than handle the specific reward details.

Congratulations to Maltheos and Vox for their promotion to Novice, Mirado for his elevation to Equite One; likewise I need to thank everyone involved in my own promotion to Equite Two.

== In Conclusion ==

Alright, this has been a little more informative than I've expected and I hope its been something you've all enjoyed. All in all, try and remember to apply for Proconsul and Aedile for House Marka Ragnos and get out there with the current competitions. As with the rest of your summit, we're always open if you have an ideas or questions.
