As I stated in both my report and my earlier announcement, I reserve the right to choose my Praetor prior to the March 7th deadline. After receiving several applications, I have picked who I believe is the most suitable candidate. This is a man who has served the Dark Summit several times, and he has been a remarkable friend and partner-in-crime of mine for several years. He offered real, tangible ideas to the development of the Shadow Academy, and I will be picking up on those ideas once we clean things up a bit infrastructure-wise.
