I brought it really cheap was expecting it to be a lot more. Can't wait for it to be released.
This game has by far the worst payment model I've ever seen.... Hey, let's make the worst F2P system... Hey, let's make everyone have to pay for a minor content expansion we've done in the past for free... Hey, let's ignore the fact we haven't even fixed the issues with the original content!

That's officially one of the most rational prices I've seen for an expansion, especially if you're already invested enough to hold a subscription with EA/Bioware at this point. I'll be interested to see what (if anything) leaks over into the free-to-play edge.
That's my most optimistic take on it. Thanks for the update, Frem! Maybe more news and screenshots and the like will motivate me to re-install and choke down a subscription so I feel less like a second-class citizen.
Considering a whole planet, a new storyline for each class, and voice acting for the quest dialogs are tied into this expansion I think the price is pretty reasonable. The 50% discount for Subscribers is a nice perk too. Maybe I'll even come back to TOR for a bit to level up to 55, who knows.

While I do think the price is reasonable I'm still annoyed that they are making subscribers purchase it.
That being said...I think all of us....have spent more then $10 on cartel coins despite being a subscriber so I who cares.

Purchased it right away. I think it's the best $10 you could spend on a game, especially when other games expansions cost A LOT more more often than not, and don't even add a whole lot more.
