** Welcome to the House Plagueis Quaestor Report!
We Are Plagueis, and We Are Strong! #### The Dark Crusade
The last chapter of Phase One is complete. Plagueis did about as we'd expected, given that four of our contributors that had gone max entries in the previous rounds were unable to contribute due to real life issues. As such, we stand a good chance to come in second, as Taldryan has proved to be a most difficult opponent. ## Changes to the House Leadership
As I'm sure many of you know by now, it's been two years since I officially took control of Plagueis as Quaestor. Technically, I've been running it longer since I was running it without a Quaestor for nearly two months. In the time since then, I've been promoted twice, picked up a woman who loves me and takes whatever time I'm not spending at work, which has become 50 or more hours a week some weeks. As such, I'm officially tendering my resignation.
It's been a long run, and a really good one. We made Plagueis history in taking the first two Chapters of the Dark Crusade, showing that when Plagueis puts its mind to it, it can really compete. We've seen ten people Knighted since I took over Plagueis, and almost as many elevations into and throughout the Equite ranks.
I'd like to take this time to thank the people who have been instrumental in allowing me to make it this for, and in helping the House to survive. Braecen Kaeth for stepping up initially as Roll Master in the first go-round. Unus for replacing him, and then coming up with an amazing idea. Dude, you created Primus Pilus. You did outstanding things in terms of competitions and making the House get up and go. Thank you. Sarak Shai stepped up into the Aedile slot, and did an excellent job. Between creating competitions, doing project and wiki work, you really helped craft the ideas and changes we wanted to see used to build on top of the fictional work Unus was doing with Primus Pilus. Kal, coming back was a godsend when you did. You did amazing work as well, taking over control of Primus Pilus, making sure everyone was getting seen too, helping to focus the fictional direction and developing the base ideas we embraced. Solus, your contributions are staggering. Between the outright project work you did, the fleet restructuring, the motivational work you did by leading as an example and in helping others get the job done, it was exceptional. Eiko, you did a fantastic job as Roll Master, getting the membership to open up to you, and to all of us. Arden and Alaris, you guys really helped us get the most out of the House by encouraging your BT members to compete for the sake of being the best, and they really rose to the occasion. Thanks to all of you, this House was a place where people came to relax and enjoy themselves, and it has shown the dividends in the First Two Chapters of the Dark Crusade.
At the same time, it's not been perfect. I've made several mistakes along the way, which lead to delayed promotions for at least one member (Sorry Kuro), and increased difficulty between Plagueis and other units. As such, I hope that in stepping down and passing the torch, all such issues should die immediately. It's been a learning experience, and one I hope that my successor can learn from. As of this writing, I've not yet received confirmation from Muz on how he wishes to proceed. As such, he will decide what is best for the House in determining how to replace me.
## In Closing
It's been a blast folks. I'll see you around every once in a while.

Tra'an,
Thank you for everything you did for Plagueis these past two years. Whether watching from afar or serving as your second, I can plainly see how much passion, heart, and courage you put into the unit.
I know you wish you could have done more, and yes, some things happened that weren't all that great. That's what comes with being a leader. You'll have some good times. You'll have a lot of bad times. You'll get some supporters, and you'll get some naysayers. You'll have the same people who once praised you later question you and your ability to lead. You, however, always knew your limits, and always knew what you could do versus what you couldn't. What you could do was fantastic, and your ability to acknowledge your setbacks was refreshing. Your honesty and your dedication are admirable, and it means you are a mature, determined man who showed everyone what it means to be a leader.
I promise you that I, and others, will take good care of the house. There's a rocky road again, but we can walk on it. Best of luck in everything in your life. We'll keep in touch.
Tra'an. You have been a great example of a leader, and that has showed so much over the course of your tenure. Yeah, as you said, there were difficulties - but when is there not? The point is that you worked at getting through those difficulties. That's what makes you a true leader.
We haven't had too much communication between the two of us, but whenever there was, you were an awesome person to deal with. And congrats on having a life! =P I'm sure your woman will be happy you can spend even more time with her. ;)
Cheers, mate.
Cheers, mate!
Good luck to the next Questor ;)
TR, lets make something clear. No One can replace you. You set the bar so high that no ladder or sky scrapper can reach. Hell Air craft cant touch that thing. You will be missed man.
To the Next QUA...good luck. Plagueis is a beast. Hope you can handle us :)
Thank you for all that you've done, Tra'an. You've managed to turn a stagnant pool into a thriving sea. May Plagueis' success continue, and may you be remembered for your valiant efforts at the house's helm.
The dedication that you have shown Plagueis over the last two years is outstanding, Tra'an. You've been one of the greatest unit leaders Plagueis has ever seen, if not the greatest. Your work ethic and production have given Plagueis the brightest part of its history. You will never be forgotten.
God dang it, everything I wanted to say has been said already. Oh well, just have to give you more thumbs up and hope you'll still be around when you get more time for us :)
Tra'an, you are by far the best leader I've ever had the privilege to serve under in my 14 years of on again, off again service. I won't, however, say goodbye because I know that somebody with your dedication and drive won't stay gone forever. Someday you will vanquish the evils of the Demons of Work Scheduling and the DB will pull you back in once again. :)
kneels and bows head
I've only known you for 5 months and helped alot. We of Plagueis appreciate you more than you can imagine. Hope you come back soon. The door is always open and I'll keep tge Csilla ale chilling when you come back.
May the Darkside compel your enemies to poodoo their underoos
T'R
In almost 2 decades I have been around I have watched this clan, change leaders, change names, and turn into a house. We had many great leaders through out if all and some have left to real life others have been moved on to the DC its self. You are a outstanding leader who stood by his beliefes, held true to his intrigurity(misspelled I know) and most importantly believed in the people in his house. I raise my saber in respect to you, may one day you return.
Tra'an, I was in Plagueis when it formed; I remember when Chi Long came to me and asked me what I thought about renaming CEK - which was a mash-up of the old CEK and CSK - to Plagueis, a serious rebranding of a unit which has had an unfavourable reputation. I told him it was worth a shot, and that it will only help the unit's identity within the DB. Sadly it took a long time for the unit to shed its old reputation.
Your work as Plagueis' leader has transformed the unit into a serious competitor that has moved past its old stigma, and is now as much of the DB's identity as any of the older Clouses.
Well done, Tra'an. Leaders like you are few and far between.
Thank you for all you have done, Tra'an! We will miss you and your dedication as the Quaestor!
If someone was going to drag Plagueis to the foreground ... it'd be you! Extremely well done! I'd have never thought I'd see the day to be honest.
Let's hope your successor can keep Plagueis on it's newly conquered pedestal. Oh and enjoy your retirement, you'll find that for the next week or so, you'll take time to do QUA-stuff without realising.
I don't know what to say that hasn't been said, but T'R, you were like a rock that was always there and did some amazing things. Have fun in the future!
