Okay, all... take a deeeeeeep breath. The Vendetta's over. And Aleema
has done outstandingly well - taking into account the difficulty of the
various single events, the House has reached a whopping 45.5% of the
possible maximum participation - not 45.5% of the members doing
something (the ratio here was 93.75% - 15 out of 16) but 45.5% of the
EVENTS!

Plus, a fantastic SIX members have completed the whole circuit set up by
the DC, composed of Location Brief, Alien and Item Descriptions, "Behind
Closed Doors" and "Subterfuge" stories and 5 or more run-on posts. By
rank, these are:

The lower ranked of these can sure expect a pleasant surprise (the
tailor's already informed) as soon as I'm allowed to take this kind of

COMEBACK OF THE YEAR

I want to especially commend ACO Dravin Teche who has, after already
having informed me about his plans to resign from the DB three days
before the Vendetta ended, reconsidered those and submitted THREE events
on the last day! Well done, Dravin, you are on your way to an excellent
Dark Jedi!

VENDETTA AFTERMATH

To reward the excellent participation even in spite of the fact that
some members considered the topics somewhat limited, I am offering a
total of FOUR bonus competitions over the next weeks. These events will
be based on members' ideas of what they will want to do most and take a
very creative approach on the subject of writing. There won't be any
"here's the topic, now write the story" in there. BZs and DCs for the
first and second, respectively.

In addition, this weekend I will read and comment on the 41(!) writing
submissions made by the House, so everyone will get a few hints where he
could go even better - Aleema has a good chance to win this Vendetta, so
why not dominate the next one ?

BAD NEWS...

DJK War had to step down as Aedile due to RL issues. I wish him all the
best from here.

GOOD NEWS...

Former DJK War has been elevated to the rank of Krath Priest in
recognition of his excellent and loyal services lent to House Aleema
during his tenure as Aedile. Congratulations, old man, you deserve that
one!

MORE GOOD NEWS...

I can now, with official approval by the MAA announce House Aleema's new
Aedile. Please welcome

Krath Priest Troutrooper

to this important and responsible position. Three cheers!!!

NOT SO GOOD NEWS...

This appointment leaves the Angels of Death minus their Tetrarch. AED
Troutrooper and I am accepting applications, preferably from within the
Phyle. Until we have a decision, I would ask GRD Tatsu as the currently
highest ranked member to act as temporary TET.

Dark Brotherhood News: The CON and PCON of Acrona
have been fired! Our own Arion has taken the position
of CON there and I as well as my AED wish him the best
of luck!

Clan News: Looks like alls quiet of the western
front!

Kirleta Report:

 With 

the end of the Vendetta I have found that
myself and some members have not been as active as we
should have. I did submit a mod and played in 2
matches of JK. So I have decided of some changes
which should bring the house and activity level up!
First, there will be an awol check every 2 weeks to
monthly. We are currently going through an awol check
and I have gotten 3 response not including myself!
Second, a weekly screen shot is required to remain in
Kirleta. Third, we will be giving awards for
recruiting members to Kirleta. Fourth, an AED report
will be sent with my report each week. This gives a
different view on what is happening in the house. I
believe these changes will help Kirleta greatly.
Also, there seems to be no problems with my comp/life
so I should be around for a long time!

AED Report:

1.Vendetta is over!!! Well another Vendetta is over. A
big thankyou and welldone to all
who participated, awards shall be given to those
who was active during the comp. Big
smack round the lug holes for those who did'nt
bother to help out!

2.DJK Mell is back !!!! He left then he returned!!
Welcome back my Friend....yer things are
all where you left them ;)
3.Please read the new changes carefully!! New
changes were discussed between
myself and DarkHeart for Kirleta. Please read and
understand the changes. Any thoughts
on these, please email DH and CC me :) These
should help boost the activity and

comunication round here quite a bit :)
