Blimey Charlie! Karva has resigned! That means Mav is (temporarily :P ) in charge. May God have mercy on our souls!
Karva has been elevated again to the position of Grand Moff and will be pushing most of his energy in to running the Directorate rather than wasting his time with us lowly Dark Jedi. I'd like to take the time now on behalf of the entire House to wish him all the best in his regained position, and more importantly, to welcome him back into the fold of Acclivis Draco. It is, after all, where all the coolest dudes hang out. :)
Mike, on a power trip, has created an unofficial Phyle for HAD named 'The Legion' It is unique in that you can only join if you are invited by the German dude, and... well... it's just a place for old-school stylee people to hang out. If you are one of the lucky people to be invited then lucky you! I'm sure Mike will give you the details when and if that ever happens...

I'm not gonna go into this one too much as Sabé talks about it in her report. Go get working - be active in this as it is a Krath wide comp. We supposed to be the number one Krath House after all...
House History Competition:
Sabé set the deadline for this competition for November 15th. That means you have just under three weeks to do something for it. Those of you who have already submitted something could easily find the time to try and get another piece in! :P And remember - this competition is compulsory to members of Drynwyn's Flame.
For those of you who don't know, the HAD history comp doesn't have to be factual. You can write about anything you want, as long as it concerns Acclivis Draco or you personally. I have had a couple of personal histories as submissions, which is fine, but I would also like to see some about the House itself. Don't worry if you don't know any actual history - just base it so far in the past that none of us would have been about. I am accepting stories, poetry and graphics for this one, and if I get enough submissions in each category then prizes will be awarded for all three.
Krath Monthly Competition:
As ever, there is a competition being run by KHP Mairin Astoris. This month the topic is "The Calling". Although this isn't a DF compulsory competition I would like to see as many people taking part as possible. Remember - if you do send something to a competition outside the House you must also send it to me and Sabé, or else we will think you are a slack idler who does no work. Also, as some of you have used a joining-the-DJB story for the House History comp, it could double up in this one! :P
But seeing as it's due in today you're probably a little late. :P Hopefully tonight Mairin will issue a new topic, and I am playing with the idea of making it DF compulsory.
Clan-wide Caption Comp:
The great and wise Big Boss Nass (Karva) has given us a fun competition on the Clan Message Board. Use the link at the bottom of the page to take you there and send his CON-ship a submission. This is open to all Houses but the Krath should win this one. We are the smartest after all. :)
Run-ons, MB wars, etc.
The Message Board has calmed down to normal levels after Death and Anga went crazy last week. See if you can start the topic that starts them off again (and take part in the current run-on, "Moving Shadows.")

Elevations, Medals, Transfers...
No promotions this week, but a bucket full of medals, such as DC's and BZ's for the guys and gals who post most and a couple of bigger medals for those who I thought deserved them. I also asked for some that were rejected, so if you feel like you should have received something and didn't, it's probably on it's way. A full list will be published as soon as the last few are sorted out. I promise. :P
Aedile's Report:
Greetings all once again. As of the writing of this report, I am happy to announce we are once again back at #1 in the MML standings - which goes to show ya, can't keep a good House down ;-) Of course the standings can change very quickly from week to week, and we need everyone's help to stay at number one! We got another long, rather tricky one this week. Been busy the past two days in rl myself, so you all still have time to get in touch with me to participate. Keep in mind that our deadlines are every Saturday so by the time this report goes out it might be near time to turn in an answer. Also, I'd like to encourage everyone to participate in the Master/Student program. For those of you who've been around for awhile, yes, I am starting to sound like a broken record, but it is really a very cool program, unique to HAD since ex-QUA Mike thought up the thing, and a great way to be involved. We have one student looking for a master that I know of, Loor posted on the message board at http://pub47.ezboard.com/fkarvadronaalfrm6.showMessage?topicID=44.topic - Dark Jedi ranked DJK and above can volunteer to be mentors, and JH and below are eligible students. You can even just check the House roster at the main DB site, and just "cold email" anyone who isn't already paired up to ask if they'd be interested. That's it from me this week I guess. Greetings DGers, I'm sure most of you already know me but for those of you that do not, I'm PRT Sunrider, yer new XO. To give y'all a brief history of myself, I started as a Obelisk in HDS the Obbie house of CSP, after about two months there I decided that not a whole lot was going to happen so I decided to move on. After that I went to HC, the Sith house of CSP, after about two months of doing absolutely nothing in HC I decided I needed a change for the best, so I moved to the best house in the entire Dark Brotherhood, House Acclivis Draco of Scholae Palatinae. Aiming for a change I've now decided to do my best to serve the order of the Krath.
Now time for me to shaddap and give you all a few reminders....
