Brother Jedi Hunter Phalk Sturm reporting for this week's activity.

First of all, brethren, you must know that I am experiencing phoneline problems, which prevent me from daily connection, and therefore I am able to read my mail and to enter the Net, only 3 times a week, (Mon,Wed, Fri, most often). Thus, I ask you to send all your week's activity on Sunday night at last, so I can gather all information and send you the report on Monday's evening every week.

News

Lots of changes this week and last. As we all know DJK Spearhawk was promoted to Aedile, and then resigned from DDD and Galthain as well. He is gone Rogue for a while, seeking enlightment and contemplation, to uncharted regions. May you have a dark journey Brother Spearhawk. We all await your return.

Also our former Aedile Sith Warrior Gord Darkonian, climbed up to Proconsul of our Clan. This means we are out of Aediles. Word is spread that anyone up to the requirements of Aedile must apply now if he/she wants the job. Former CMDR of Delphian, Adrenaline, resigned from her duties, (also as BGCOM in the TC), and left a vacancy which was filled by JH Dark Hawk. Congratulations and our deepest condolances to DHawk, as he will have to suffer cruel punishment when facing us in battle. We just competed against Delphian, but one never knows when a flame may ignite. We'll see.

Last but definitely not least, our Quaestor has bought us shiny new rides to crash. Err, I meant to fly. Quaestor Ricardo is very worried about heavy expenses in repairs and paint of our last complement of fighters, and apparently we will have to quit drinking if we want to see our new babes. Mmmm, quite a dilemma. Toys will be distributed as follows:

Flight 2: T/As

Flight 3: T/Is with shields and hypos.

They really spent some dough this time! I was kind of tired of those TB snails. They get your bumped every time.

Competitions

Even if ECR is unrelated to the DB, most of us have tough routines and heavy duties in the TC, meaning our brass whipping our backs, especially now that phase 4 of ECR is close at hand. So I think we better take a brief recess until ECR is over, otherwise none would have attained any flying competition. As soon as this mess is over, we will find someone to maraud and assault. In the end, this is what we Sith do, huh? Kill, Kill, Kill. If any of you have or want to see a competition running, please let me know and we'll discuss the details.

However we've received new directives for a competition to take place some time ahead. First, all of us must dig in our minds and souls for something, a competition motive, which would be fun to join, even if there are no awards at stake. This is kind of new and radical, but what our elders want from all of us, is to take efforts into finding a new twist to competitions, as lately competitions look all alike. Same old story, and the medals awarded can be obtained with some patience and perseverance, though not through excellence. That is why fresh blood and momentum is desperately needed. If we can come up with some new concepts which everybody will be interested to participate, just for the very fun of it, not for the medals, or the rank climbing, then the vital lymph of our existence will be renewed again. Boredom and dissolution is what await us if we fail...

I must confess you all, that I hate using my mind for anything else than killing, killing and more killing. You know, I am a Sith, else known as Brainless Dumb Bloodthirsty Berserk Killing Machine, but many of you who aspire for higher levels of evolution, participated and gained SECOND PLACE for our house, yes second, not to mention best of all Sith who participated, and we were close to our sissy Krath brothers, 118.5 to 102!. An intelligent lifeform called Sith? Guess again... or you're dead.

Cap Comp

Brother Josh Popelka won a cap comp and had the right to settle up last round of this kind of competition. The subject was a snapshot portraiting a (LAPD?) police officer, and one of our glorious stormtroopers. Winner was: xx, 2nd place was: . I guess rules of engagement of next round will be established by lucky winner, brother KP Troutrooper. You may see me taking a chance to win, though Sith aren't very funny. DEAD SERIOUS.

Merit system

As you may know we have a merit system in the house. Basically you get different amount points for different activities and when you get enough points, you can exchange them for a medal.

I have mailed our former CMDR DJK Spearhawk for your previous merit point records.

House/innerclan comps:

*Base participation points (any participation at all): 8 points

*Submission of a pilot file: 5 points per platform (5 for TIE, 5 for XvT, 5 for XWA)

*Submission of graphics, fiction: 3 points per sub

*Multiplayer matches: 2 base points (whether you flew 1 match or 100) + 2 points for each victory.

Penalty for not taking part and not being excused: -15

Clan and DB lvl comps:

*Base participation points (any participation at -all-: 14 points

*Submission of a pilot file: 5 points per platform (5 for TIE, 5 for XvT, 5 for XWA)

*Submission of graphics, fiction and the like: 3 points per sub

*Multiplayer matches: 2 base points (whether you flew 1 match or 100) - 2 points for each victory.

I have finished flying all DB Battles so there will be no DB flying for me for a while.

I am working on my very own battle, plotline is ready. Mission creation is a hard job, so it will take some time :(. As soon as I have anything solid you will be first to know.
