Clan Naga Sadow Weekly Report.

Pretty slow week this week. Still waiting to hear word on the next Consul.

DB Facelift Competition (Ran by SCL Grail)

"Greetings all you dark web designers. The day you've all been dreaming of has arrived.

I'm announcing a new competition. The point is to come up with a fresh new layout for our happy little home on djb.org.

Structure:

- Entries should include a complete example layout, including graphics, and example text.

Entries should include any graphics for subsequent pages that may be necessary to completely utilize it.

Entries should be in .html form to begin with, and will be implemented in to the ASP should the winner be deemed worthy enough."

_Firstly I'm sorry this report is a little late, I had the play this weekend so my nights got nuked completely. Anyhow...

A fairly slow week, no Consul and all usually does that so i guess its expected.

HOUSE NEWS:

Another interesting week:

- Biggest news this week is the appointment of J'rai

as Aedile and his promotion to Dark Jedi Knight.

Congratulations J'Rai, I know you will do an

excelent job.

- Night Death Tetrach position open, send applications

to J 'Rai and myself.

- I am also going to open the position of role master.

Anyone interested, please send applications to J 'Rai

and myself.

- Still no new consul as of yet. We all hope this

will be sorted out as soon as possible

- ORBS OF POWER is still running. Send entries to

Kale.

OoP Trivia recently released. Why not go try your

hand at that?

- Generally this has been a nightmare week.

Not helped by me having a mountain of University

work and other problems in real life.

Hopefully when I have finished this coursework I

will be able to really dedicate time to helping the

house back from these problems.

I must thank Jedi Hunters Figaro and J'Rai for their

hard work in creating things for members to do and

their constant activity on email and irc.

Thanks to you both. Please keep it up, you are an

example to us all, myself included!

- Recruitment Campaign still running. Dark Cross for

recruiting 1 or more new members each month.

- HMR Website updates delayed again.

This time so I can add the new details of the

Master/Student Program to it.

And Hopefully a new FULL list of Masters and

Students

- Masters without students, go look for one.

- Students without Masters, go find someone to help

train you in the ways of the Dark Side.

- Expect some new competitions to some your way soon

everyone.

I am once again looking into the possibility of fued

with another Krath house.

NEW MASTER/STUDENT PROGRAM RULES AND GUIDELINES as of

Dec 08th, 2001

--Master's can now have at most 2 students only after

every master

involved has 1 student

--A time limit between promotion requests will be

loosely enforced

(Ex. 'Master wants to promote their student 27 days

after their last

promotion instead of waiting the 1 month' is allowed,

'Master wants

to promote student 11 days after last promo instead of

2 months' will

not be allowed)

--You are a student of your master until you reach

DJK....There's

just very little a master will be able to do for a

student while they

are a JH...It will be upto the student to get DJK, but

the master can

help them out

--All promos to be done at the end of the month

--AED can only grant promos with the approval of the

QUA

--Masters submit promo requests to QUA/AED with proof

of earning the

promo attached to email....QUA/AED has the power to

deny promo if

they see that the student has not entirely earned the

promo

--Masters can recommend promos/awards et cetera to

QUA/AED but cannot

promote the student themself whether they have the

power to or not

--Masters may want to use a point system to keep track

of their

student's progress

Primus Goluud Report

I'm sure you've heard that Ace has left the house due to family reasons, and I give him and his family my best wishes. That of course leaves the position of AED open, so I will be accepting applicationsfor the job. Another spot that needs filled is SGT, so I will be taking apps. for that too.

Ace leaving has taken a hit on the training, which leaves myself as the only person that has stepped up to do it so far. If you conduct training, I will give you a medal, or possibly even a promo. I have not recieved the times you think would be best for training, which is a problem.

I am instating an AWOL check, though not the strict one, as I said I'd wait till after the holidys. For this, you must send me an email with your ID line, when training would be best for you, and if you can teach any courses. You have two weeks, or I kick your lazy ass out.

One final thing, recruiting is still being awarded, so get out there and get some recruits for us, and a medal for yourself!
