Greetings one and all and welcome to another Weekly report from the office of the Proconsul of Clan Alvaak. Let's get things under way with announcements from the DB Domain and then into Clan news and then House reports. I'd just like to reiterate what you'll read below, participate in the TO compÂ…I am, I've signed up for the XvT ladder the day it opened and will probably for the XWA one here too, but I alone won't be enough to represent the clan. Hello everyone, sorry it's late, I'd give you a good excuse, but the real one is, I wanted to sleep, so I slept. Yay for sleep!
1.) The Order Leader Holiday Competition has finally finished. Thanks to all who participated, I'll be publishing the winners and the results on the website soon.
2.) P:SCL Aylius Khan has offered the use of the www.sithorder.org domain which he owns. I have accepted his offer, and therefore, when everything is underway, I will be moving the SHW site there.
3.) I'll be choosing a Magistrate today, it's been an extremely hard choice to make, so I'll put it forward soon.
4.) Sith High Warrior Wants Graphics Comp will be released tonight aswell. Oh isn't it special?!
5.) Calling all mission designers and mission creators... get your design skills ready and raring to go. Soon the Sith High Warrior's Office will be putting forth a competition unlike any other in the Dark Brotherhood's past. Keep your eyes peeled.
6.) I have worked out a good arrangement with Emperor's Hammer Tactical Officer, Striker. Soon, Dark Brotherhood battles will have MoT's awarded to them in the Dark Brotherhood, and not the TIE Corps.
7.) I'll be starting work on the webpage again soon, I have exams coming up in a week, so my time will be limited, but rest assured, it'll get completed in full soon.

The Assembly of Consuls is currently going over a proposal by GM Jac regarding transfers from Clan to Clan and what should be deemed acceptable reasons and what reasons should not be allowed. A vote should be up on this within the week.

1) Participate in the TO competition before Astatine eats you alive! Some events are particularly interesting, like the music one. Guessing where the songs come from is hard as hell!
2) Don't forget Howlader's medal competition. How often is it that you get the opportunity to participate in the creation of a new medal?

1) Howie's Craaaaazy DB Competition Medal Competition continues, but I've got under a dozen submissions...so I
want MORE! This phase competition will close on February 1st at Midnight EST. At that point, there will be a one week break in competition, to prepare for Phase II. And the winners will be announced after judgement by myself and KHP Mairin.
2) Lots o' Christmas Order Competition Medals awarded this week, nice to see lots of christmas activity.

I almost forgot to send out these...
GoA's are still not attached to the appropriate profiles. I am looking into an option that will allow the HRLD office to get these online ASAP.
The DARK VOICE staff positions are STILL OPEN. If you are interested in the DARK VOICE, goto the HRLD site and check out the OPEN positions. The DARK VOICE will be delayed until these positions are filled.

The imperialacademy.org domain has been having problems all week. Hopefully they've stopped.
If certain persons (like CONs, QUAs, etc :P) think that advertising my competition is enough, they're dead wrong. You sit and moan about no competition and when given one you don't push and promote it? Get it together, people. :P Promote the competition, lead by example and participate!

Sorry these are late, unexpected cut-off from internet connection.
As for my office, the biggest thing I get to report this week is my new Praetor, Aylius Khan. I'm quite happy to have him on board, and he is an incredibly quick learner, which means he will be an invaluable asset after only a short while :)
Enhancements that are all in the works should all be in place by the middle of next week.. i'll keep everyone up to date as things progress.

Not a whole lot new this week.
I finished the DSC history last saturday and shipped it off. Generally positive comments...now it just needs to get posted to the DSC.
My next project is the redesign of the Dark Hall. We're taking it from a single building, and making it into a complex. If anyone has skills in 3 Architecture layout...there could be a job for you.
Paladorion has finished his history of House Oriens Obscurum of Clan Arcona. It looks exceptional. I'll have it posted shortly to be used as an example for the House History layout.
I seem to be the unofficial trivia moderator. So if you want a nice LSS, send me 10 trivia questions and I'll use them. Mail all questions to [Log in to view e-mail addresses] with the subject "Trivia Questions". Please make a variety of easy/hard, provide the answers, and keep to the Empire/Dark Side.....its important to us.
As soon as I get some competitions approved by Astatine, I hope to have them out to the general public.

The Weekly Most Improved Award is no longer going on due to lack of activity from you lazy gits.

GMRG stuff to come still. Been working a lot on the website and haven't had enough time to write up some stuff for the GMRG yet.
I haven't as of yet decided on anyone for any staff positions besides M:OHC Shadow. Therefore, I'll be taking apps for M:OHC number 2. The main thing I want you to be able to do is test and find good singleplayer JK levels for me. Therefore if you're applying be sure to attach a good level you've found with a written analysis about it. Other than that include any other skills like HTML, PHP, graphics, etc.

Pretty short announcements this week for a change. :P
1: Again, sorry folx, but I'm away at D&D on Saturday so I won't be at the meeting. With one of our party travelling up from London to come to Oxford and play with us, this is pretty much unavoidable, I'm afraid.
2: Krath War continues! The battle seems to be heating up, but who will take the final prize? All still left to write for in Events 1 & 2! Just as a reminder for Event 2, all entries will be due in by 11.59pm EST January 26th. Don't be late!
3: The Monthly Topic is open to all Orders, and the topic for this month is "Resurrection". That's due in by 11.59pm EST on 31st January. Just submit in a .doc or .txt format, writing a page or more of 12 point Times New Roman font (not double-spaced please!), and make sure to include your ID line.

Greetings Everyone,
My bad, I suck, yadda yadda yadda, I'm sorry this came out so late, but I had a few problems concerning the beta testing of the opt file submitted. While I didn't actually get it tested, I decided to base this off the design of the ships in written form.
I'd also like to mention, that the only House which participated in this event, was House Galthain of Clan Satal Keto. Well done to you, and Badly done to the rest of you, shame... SHAME! I say :P
Seriously, no big objections, no big chastisement, but I hope you'll all relieve this nagging feeling that I lead an inactive order in the next few Sith Competitions.
