As the shuttle moved in to land, the Sith of CSP moved from side to

side nervously awaiting the arrival of the new QUA of their house

brought in specially all the knew was he had served in the Archanis

and he had the backing of the clan leaders. Only the CON and PCON

stood firm.

The shuttle landed with a bump which made most of the house jump, the

landing ramp extended and from the darkness and smoke of the shuttle

came the new leader of HC, clad all in black with red trim and

wearing a deadly looking lightsaber at his belt.

"Welcome Predator" called out Cooch

"Thank you it is good to be here now lets go for a drink!" replied

Predator with a grin.

Once everyone was in the bar with a drink in hand Predator moved over

to bar and after raising his hand the noise stopped and he started

his report…

Quaestor Report Introduction Version

HELLO HOUSE CALIBURNUS!!!!!!

I am the new Quaestor Sith Warrior Predator and god I love this war

(sorry wrong filmJ)

As I am new to the clan and most of you will not have heard of me I

will introduce myself briefly. I started in the DB about a year and a

half ago and I have served in Archanis for all that time as Aedile,

Battleteam CMDR, Roll master and Acting Qua. I am also one of SHW

Yacko's advisers and my ideas on running houses have been copied by

all of Tal.

This report is going to be a different from most, as I will not be

awarding medals or giving out promotions (something I enjoy doing)

and I won't be marking any comps.

What I will be doing is showing you what I want for the house and I

hope finding out what you want for the house and hopefully agreeing

with you all on how we can achieve these goals.

The only other major change in the house is that Tiger is replacing

Herman as Aedile, Tiger you have served the house well and I hope you

will carry on doing so in the new position.

What does Predator want?

I want simply to be the best, not second best or third I want to be

the best and there is no reason why we can't do it, I have served and

led Archanis for almost a year and I can tell you their secret it is

not that they are amazingly skilled (although they do have skill) or

that they have large numbers (although they have that as well: P) but

it is the fact that the are a house in fact as well as name they

fight and live as brothers and this is something which we can have as

well.

The first major change is in the leadership I am not a dictator I

have never seen the point I am happy to share power. From now on the

following people speak with my voice and with my full support and

backing.

Through me these people can promote up to the rank of Guardian and

award the Dark Cross.

I am an active leader though, if I pass on work to some one else then

I do some more myself: P I will be contacting everyone in the house

personally this week to discuss what you want and the future of the

house.

I have run a very successful promotion system in Archanis and I will

be bringing this into HC as well this should be up either this week

or next and the new job roles for the Command staff and the house's

new standing orders will be up as well (don't worry nothing to scary

I just want everyone to fly 600 missions a week J)

Pred's Projects

In this section every week I will outline projects, which are

happening within the house, some of them will be under my direct

command others will be under the command of different members of the

house.

In this section I will also be asking for what ever assistant I need

for these projects rewards tend to be very fore coming for this sort

of thing so please don't delay mail today!

HC Praxum

This is going to be the training center for the house, it will deal

with what Single player and multi player and I have got the services

of one of the top EH Mutli player pilots to run it Jedi Hunter Death,

Death is a former member of Avenger squadron and is by far one of the

best pilots (even if he is Krath) :P

New comp!

Yeah ok I have been in charge for at least an hour now and I still

haven't started a new competition for this I am sorry J so let's

start flying!!!

The rules of this comp are simple it's a knockout competition but

rather then a straight flying comp we are going to do something a bit

different so it's going to purely activity based. If you are active

you can win!

Point system

Without further ado here is the point's for all activity (this

List my be added to)

Graphics: images, banners, animation, made "by scratch"= 25

Fiction: Stories, plotlines for missions, etc by the page = 5

Web Page design: "From Scratch" = 40

Weekly Update" = 10

IWATS Courses all Courses= 15

Custom Made battles/Mission = 30 per mission

Each win at a DB Multi player competition = 5

Pilot File Submissions: These will be 2 points per mission for

Non-Dark Brotherhood battles and 4 for DB battles.

Winning comps with another squadron = 40

New member recruited = 15

Any other Brotherhood related activity will be at the QUA and

AED discretion.

If you get enough points each week you go through to the next week if

you don't you get knocked out. The final prize for the competition

will be to be my personal bodyguard and wingman and something very

shiny but even if you don't win if you are active believe me you will

be rewarded!

This house has always impressed me I tend to get lots of DB gossip

through my contacts (i.e spies: P) and all of it has been good, you

do yourselves honour by being part of it and I want to thank you all

for allowing me to help.

I operate more then an open door policy I operate an open person

policy I am here to serve you not the other way around and if the

time comes when you feel I am not pulling my weight I will leave (Of

course I will leave a bomb behind: P) I will always listen to what

ideas you have and try to give them the same weight as I give my own.

We have a long road ahead of us but together as a team we can succeed

and show that we are a force to reckoned with in the Brotherhood and

one day soon to take the top spot from Archanis. Ok that seems mad

but …
