Dark Greetings all

Another week has passed us by here in House Cestus and there is a fair bit to report this week.

Firstly as I informed you earlier this week we have had two members join or glorious house and I would like to take this opportunity to welcome ACO Nelson and ACO Daryan again.

Sadly it appears that OBM Samael`s email address is no longer able to be reached so unless someone can contact him I will have to assume that he no longer wants to be part of the House, hopefully someone is able to reach him so that we can verify this.

This week I have received a lot of emails reference the Jedi Trials idea that I come up with so hopefully I will have something concrete soon so that we can conduct the tests here in Clan Tarentum. It is an opportunity for us to be the first to trial this idea and hopefully if successful we can implement it throughout the Dark Brotherhood.

I have also sent out a mail this week with regards to the Spectre of the Past competition, with the rules for the competition and what levels we will be playing on.

I would like to see a good turnout for this competition and expect all members of Cestus to sign up for it, at the moment I have received only one entry from ACO Nelson.

Also feel free to sign up for the other orders competitions as I know you all have skills in other areas whether you can fly or submit written work lets carry on the motion from the previous competitions we have been involved in.

DJK Darkov is currently busy with real life things and will be back as soon he is able.

ACTIVITY:

Activity recently has not been awe inspiring but as I have spoken with most of you there are real life reasons for this so at the moment I am not overly concerned.

A lot of you are having to do a lot of school work etc. and that is more important, remember this is a club for fun and it shouldnt take precedence, otherwise the fun element is removed.

But on a good note the ones that are active are always on the go so keep up the good work.

JK NEWS:

I have recently been introduced to a fantastic patch for Jedi Knight Dark Forces II it changes the whole saber battle thing and was introduced to me by members of CSK.

The modification is SBX3.1 and is available from www.massassi.net go to levels/mods and then you need to go to page 5 of the mods the one you need to download is Saber Battle X - JK v3.1 its a 7.2MB download but its well worth the wait.

You will also need to download Jedi Knight Patch Commander which is available from www.jediknight.net/commander/

Only one week to go now until Jedi Knight 2 Jedi Outcast is released I have my copy on order and cant wait to receive it from the UK.

POSITIONS VACANT:

The position of SGT has been filled by GRD Gelton Torr but the position of Rollmaster is still open any applications need to be mailed to myself and DJK Darkov, we have 2 applications in my in tray and I will be making a decision this weekend on who the new Rollmaster will be.

PROMOTIONS:

There have been no promotions this week but I have submitted a couple of reccomendations so I will keep you informed.

MEDALS:

GRD Blackhero has received a DC for placing second in the ProConsuls competition good work GRD Blackhero.

CESTUS WEB NEWS:

Good news everyone I have just received the disc from my new ISP so hopefully the site will be up by the begining of next week.

Dont forget to send me your ideas of what you would like to see on the site remember its your home page for Cestus I will just be hosting it.
