<div align="left"> Hello Nightstalker. This is our first report and there is a lot to report on so lets get to it. First up is our introduction. This battleteam is going to specialize in XvT XWA Multiplayer Combat for the house. We've assembled and are still assembling a fine MP team and have some experianced MP players already. Others may not be experianced but will become experianced and will have some of the finest training. </div> <div align="left"> I of course am your commander. Your Flight leaders are Darkmage and Dae Cam. We will be providing your training. </div> <div align="left"> The differance here with this battle team and a TC squadron is I make up the rules for the battle team. In other words if I say practice is mandatory you have to come. If you do not show up I'll kick you from the team.
It's that simple. This team is here soley for the purpose of MP domination and nothing esle. Fun tends to be a side-effect of a succefull battleteam. The harder you work. The harder I work. The more successful we are. The more fun we have. It's not rocket science but simple math. So first on the agenda is setting up a squadron practice time. I'd like to have a couple practice sessions b4 the Sith Wars start. We also will be giving 1 on 1 instruction. US being Dae, Jp, and I. Not only will we be focusing on 1 v 1 skills but 2 v 2 teamwork and 3 v 3 at some point. I have some .skm files that are designed to teach basic teamwork skills and manuevers. </div> <div align="left"> I will also be giving you text to read from time to time and I will be giving you quizes. Don't take it as homework but as something that will make you a better player. Again... the more work your put in the more successful we will be. Plus, if you turn in your homework assignments then I'll have to grade them all.... that's 12 of you. You only have to do it once.
Make ME WORK FOR YOU! :-). </div> <div align="left"> Practice is Code Red. Homewok and Quizes are Code red. Instructor Student tutoring is Code red. Roger Wilco is Code Red. You must download the program and set it up so we can talk to you during practice and tutor sessions. If you don't know the coding system read Predator's reports on the House webpage. </div> <div align="left"> I will be sending these reports out to the HOuse and Clan e-groups so that everyone can see what we're doing. So you may recieve these reports 2ce. I'm sorry if that annoys you. </div> <div align="left"> Saturday seems to be a good day for most people so I'm going to throw that out as the day for practice. I know if I open the day up to discussion I'll get 7 different days with 12 different times. If there is Absolutley NO way you can make saturdays I'll talk with my Flight Leaders in getting a seperate practice for you with us 3 so you have some experiance. Feel free to mail me. So I need you all to send me times that you can show up on irc in our house room #caliburnus.
Practice length may very depending on avialability but generaly we'll at least be an hour minimum. </div> <div align="left"> <font color="#00ffff" size="4">Feel Free to recruit good Mpers to our team. I have no problems with that and encourage that. It's about time that the EH get serious about MP and this is a good way to start.</font></div> <div align="left"> <font color="#00ffff" size="4">If you don't think you can make this commitment, talk to me about it. We'll see if we can work something out. Otherwise, I will ask you to step down from your battleteam status to make room for others who can. Being in Nightstalker is a privalge... not a right. I am generaly fair but sometimes things are not fair. Again, if you work hard there should be no problems.</font></div> <div align="left"> I<font color="#00ffff" size="4">I need somebody to make us a squadron banner. I also need some one who can make a squadron website. I can probably procure some medals and they will count towards your Sith Trails(i.e. the ladder that gets you rank). I'm not big on worrying about promotions and medals, but I do give them out to deserving people. DON'T BUG ME ABOUT THEM! That is a mistake and will probably make it longer b4 you recieve one.
</font></div> <div align="left"><font color="#00ffff" size="4"> The website will need a good active designer. I will be posting report and grades and standings in the squadron. We will have matches against each other an other squadrons so I will need a database type structure. I will post training results after each practice so we can track improvement on individual levels. I will also post practice reports and post grades. Those may be on a private dossier for you. I haven't decided if they should be public or private knowledge.</font></div> <div align="left"><font color="#00ffff" size="4"> This battle team will turn heads people. We are the first of our kind to realy have an organized sturctured strict regiment. Feel privalaged because we will succeed and you will reap the benifits of success.</font></div>
