Since I have not received as many comments about the second Award Revision, that revision is what will appear in the revised DSC. I have, however, made another slight change. Many thanks to KHP Mairin for the Award name :) Instead of the 'War Cross', there will now be a Star of Eos. I believe that this will eliminate the 'Order-specificness' of that particular award once and for all. A few other changes will be made, but not many. Expect to see this new Awards Structure in place this weekend.

Khobai was kind enough to let me know who won Howlader's old medal competition. Participants, you should receive your medals soon. Just to inform: Khobai (for first place) gets a Steel Cross, and Airchios Elcyk II and Shadow will each receive a Star of Eos (the very first two recipients)! These awards will be given as soon as I edit all of the awards to the structure.

With all of the awards soon in place, I will be releasing a "Guide to Awards and Competitions" soon. What it will outline is a definition of competitions and some errata involving awards. Once I have completed the Guide to my liking and DGM Astatine and GM Firefox approve it, I will release it for public consumption. After that, I am going to make an SA course based on the Guide.

No really high-level awards this week, and people have already begun to follow the two requests I outlined in my last report. To review, they are:

1. If you're awarding medals for a competition, provide a link to that competition.

2. For merit medals (GC and higher) please provide a short paragraph on why the recipient deserves the medal.
