EH NEWS:
-The Internet Office is scrambling after the host for www.ehnet.org
crashed. It's a bit of a mess (company hosting www.ehnet.org lost
EVERYTHING), so please be patient while Ari and AbK get everything back
together.

DB NEWS:
-SCL Grail has unveiled a new polling feature on DJB.org
-And for the first poll, he wants us members to vote on the new DJB.org
layout that we like best. I won't remind y'all that Rizlib (a Kirleta
member) and Mairin (our KHP) have entries to vote on... ;D
-OHC Sharad is hosting a JK tourney on the 4th (Saturday). If you have
JK 1 or 2 and have nothing else to do on Saturday, stop on by.

KRATH NEWS:
-April KMT and Focus Poem comps are over. Winners announced on Saturday
-New topics for May:

-I have not heard when the Krath Battleboards will be back up, so check

CSK NEWS:
-After over 2 years as Galthain QUA, SBL Ricardo has stepped down. For
his service to Galthain and CSK, he has been awarded a Sapphire Blade.

-In his stead comes SBM Enahropes Teriad Entar from Arcona. Welcome to

ALEEMA NEWS:
-The medal round of the Great Aleema Cookoff is over. The results are
below...

Course: Cocktails (drinks)
Shups's entries: Coconut Beer Batter Spam with Raspberry Horseradish
sauce; Invigarator
Kaiann's entries: Flaming Huscroft; Afterglow(TM)
TM's entries: Chili with Beer; Liquid Smoke
-> Who's thirsty? :D Once again, Shups finds the strangest recipes
around. This time, however, he went too far. In order to cover up the
taste of the Spam, you'd have to use a VERY strong beer. TM's chili
sounds very good, though I can't get over Kaiann's drink. As for the
Star Wars recipes, I really enjoyed Shups's and TM's drinks. Kaiann,
though, had an extremely good recipe involving a Mon Cal hallucengenic.

2nd place: Shups (DC on the way, though it would be a WR if not for the
STUPID MEDAL CHANGES BY THE CHANCELLOR!...sorry, I get angry sometimes
when the DC BREAKS SOMETHING THAT WASN'T BROKEN LIKE THE LOWER-LEVEL

PCON Gord Darkonian has graciously volunteered to judge this last part
of the competition. Gord, please email me and Kaiann the ingredient and
course of your choice.

I'll try to have all the recipes collated and uploaded to aleema.net by
the end of next week (got a couple papers to write this weekend).

threads! Good work!
-DJK Ghost, an Aleema vet, has returned! Welcome back!
-Not that anyone but me cares, but April finally broke our streak of
200+ posts to the house list in a month. We had 6 months of 200 msgs
each month (Oct-Mar), but alas all good things come to an end. Not that
we weren't talkative (138 is still quite good), we just didn't hit 200.

-Because the Aleema Cook-Off is down to two people, people with
competition ideas should contact me and Adam. I would like to see a
member-run comp (or two), but not too many all at once.
-And there's always the Mess Part Deux for when you get bored :)

My friends,

A old member has returned, and the master student
program is being worked on. So far, I have 3 people
and am looking for more. If you want to be either
master or student please let me know. 3 people are
left, and are going to represent the best and the
brightest members in the brotherhood in the cookoff.

FISH FRY:

This Fish Fry is a little different. All lower-ranking members (JH and
below) should commit this to memory. Yes, this will be on the test...

The rank of Dark Jedi Knight is the most sought-after ranks in the
entire EH fleet. Many join the Dark Brotherhood in hopes of becoming a
DJK, yet few complete the tough challenges on the path to knighthood.
Some, unfortunately, pay the ultimate price for the chance to wield
their own lightsaber. The brave few who do earn the rank of DJK are
respected throughout the fleet, and feared throughout the galaxy. Dark
Jedi Knights are the future leaders of the DB, so they must be aware of
all things related to the Brotherhood.

After watching your skills grow, mind develop, and senses align with
the Force, we feel you are ready to take the final step on the path
towards Dark Jedi Knight: the DJK Trials.

The Trials consist of four (4) major parts:

-Knowledge of the World.
-Knowledge of the Brotherhood.
-Knowledge of the Order.

-Knowledge of the Self.

When you are ready, the rest will be revealed...
