By request of GM Firefox... the report system has been changed slightly to accomidate the DC Members.

I WOULD REQUEST THAT ALL DC MEMBERS !! NOT !! POST A SECOND COPY OF THEIR REPORTS TO THE NEWS SYSTEM.

Starting immediately, when a DC member posts a report, it is instantly posted to the news at the same time... so the double entry is not necessary.
