CON Drako is prolly having computer trouble once more!

there was also talk of him having a load of exams and thinking about going on LoA for 2 weeks. but i have no confirmation of this.

• many medals this week too, mostly for mp participation by our sith and obelisk.

• galthain is in position 4 in the ranking of the sith war. hope to see them do well on stage four of sp flying.

• CSK is holding it's number at 56 with a new member joining galthain and another being removed out of aleema.

hi all and welcome to this report (on time! :P)

on <font size="3">Clan News</font> that nearly went unnoticed i would like to mention the expulsion of PRT Darknyte from the EH. i have no clue what he did or why HCI thought it would be a good thing to kick him out, but all i know he has kept a low profile here and didn't cause much trouble around here both in his time at galthain and in aleema afterwards. it's always a sad thing when something like this happens, so if any of you gets into trouble try to inform your summit before it's too late and we'ld do our best to fix things.

something else i wanted to mention, sure every member is proud of his house and the order he belongs to, but this doesn't exactly mean members of the other orders are stupid for not chosing the same one as you. add to that they are in your clan, and if they were able to chose CSK as their clan then this does prove their intelligence! :)

basically what i'm saying is CSK is one big team, one that can only succeed if every one showed a bit of respect towards the others. this will not only strengthen the bond of the members to each other and their clan, but would also make this place a more fun and enjoyable experience. so pls guys & gals show some civilzed if not friendly behavior.

if you have no clue what i was talking about then just look at my words as a guide, if you think i was talking to you then you are right about that. i meant exactly you! :P

it's a good thing to see those medals coming in as they have been in this and the past week, but it would be a lot better if i see more names there as the awardees :P

ACTIVITY:
Since it was a quiet week, I'm gonna make this section short and sweet.
Besides, y'all are just gonna skim this report and watch EP2 :D

-Ghost got a DSS and a DC!
-Pendragon and Tatsu redid the website and each got a SE!
-Sayo has been churning out some ideas on various things :)
-I've seen Shups, Kaiann, Tatsu, TM, Zilt, and silent on IRC this week,
and Kaiann, Tatsu, TM, MJ, and Zilt on AIM.

AEDILE REPORT:

My friends,

First, my thanks go out to you Pendragon and Tasu for giving our house
a new look! This is by far the best site I have seen in a while, and it
is clean, so no long downloading of pages....

Secondly, I have put in a request for a new competion and a chance for
the spirits to defend their title, so Tom, and Maradis prepare your
phyles for battle. I will give you more info when it comes back
aproves.

And finally, congrats to kaiann for being our first iron chef.

FISH FRY:

Ah yes...Episode II. The movie every Star Wars fan has been waiting for
since Return of the Jedi (every waited for TPM, but once we saw
previews of Jar-Jar and Jake Lloyd, we started waiting for LotR). By
this time, George Lucas could film his daughter's dance recitals, have
his son wave a broom around, call it "Star Wars: Episode II: I Should
Not Have Invested In Enron", and we fans would still wait outside box
offices around the world for tickets. This movie will make billions for
Lucasfilm, Inc. It's a sure bet.

I enjoy listening and reading critics' opinions of EP2. Ebert and
Roeper split on it, though I was surprised by Roeper's praise of it.
Normally the haughty, Screen Actor's Guild sell-out (he wished that
LotR get shutout at the Oscars), Roeper actually liked the film. Ebert
didn't like it cause he saw it on a non-digital projector and thought
that the movie was fuzzy [note: go see EP2 on a digital projector].
Most other critics side with Ebert, but for different reasons. No
emotion, average acting, script problems (though everyone agrees the
script is better than EP1), and, of course, the appearance of Jar-Jar.
I think the critics of EP2 are being unusually harsh because they know
nobody is paying attention to them. Star Wars is a movie that people
want to see regardless of what the critics say. This isn't some indie
flick no one's heard of before, or a big-budget movie people have been
talking about but the public doesn't know much about. For those movies,
critics hold sway over the viewing public because the public wants to
know more about the movie. But everyone knows what they're gonna get
with Star Wars. Good special effects, passable acting, bad script, and,
best of all, two hours of immersion in galaxy far, far away. Everything
critics don't like, Star Wars provides in ample quantities.

I missed the 12:01AM showing, but fear not! I'm spending most of today
in the theatre :D
