House Marka Ragnos Weekly Report #10

June 16, 2002 (It's supposed to be 16th, but I mailed it out the 17th...so sue me :P)

Congrats go out to me and StarLion(or J and SilentLion as we are now calling ourselves) for wrecking CHAN Shadonyx' run-on on the EH messageboard. It wasn't easy but in one day we managed to write roughly 6 1/2 pages of utter nonsense involving narcotics, alcohol, disco, and green flying pigs that can only speak pig latin.

KMTs are going on, topic for both the poem and the fiction are Sabre, due in by the end of the month. Let's get some activity with this one, I want to atleast one member of HMR place. Also send me and StarLion your submission so you can get credit for doing it and get it placed on your archives.

Run-on happening at the HMR board, POST TO IT!! (A note on this: I don't want to hear bitching on the ragnos group about someone's posting...I understand this generates some activity on the egroup, which i'm proud of, i'm just not happy with the type of activity it is. For those of you who know what you're doing, help the younger members out. DON'T BITCH AT THEM!! Speak to them privately and help them. Remember, they are new to our ways and are just trying to get involved. Sound like how some of you were when you first joined? I know it's how I was b/c it took me 3 months to actually do something, and it took a promo and a job(as ND Tet) to get me motivated. Now look at me! I'm your boss. So no more bitching, just help each other out.)

Signups for the HMR Combat Room tournament are now being done. It will be a single elimination tournament and for each win you get you'll recieve a Cluster of Fire, and the overall winner is crowned King of the Ring...err, Arch Magus of House Marka Ragnos.
