**Very important news!!!** In order to comply with the new guidelines set forth in the Dark Side Compendium, which require that all House members be placed in a Phyle, I am hereby opening a third Phyle for the House. After much contemplation, I have decided that it is appropriate to re-activate the elite Drynwyn's Flame rather than a third, non-elite Phyle. I am now taking applications for Tetrarch of the elite Phyle. Keep in mind that, because Drynwyn's Flame is classified as the House elite, expected activity levels will be very high - as will the rewards of membership. Applications for Aedile are hereby closed. I will announce the new Aedile as soon as I have made my decision, which should be within a few days.

There is plenty to do, so hopefully we'll have more medals and promos to announce next week. The Dragon Guard has a new competition, "Mask of the Invisible," courtesy of Acting Tetrarch Aeishline Strathaven, and the Ebon Cloak members should be working on the promotion requirements Tetrarch J`Lek Arcanos has set forth. Check the Phyle reports and websites for details on what to do if you are unsure.

Guardian Aeishline Strathaven passed through the door of the Dragon Guard's meeting chamber. Her sight laid on a sillhouette she didn't know much. A small shade of smile appeared on her face. Tetrarch is on leave till the end of June, so I take over a part of his duties.

First of all, meet a new Drgaon Guard tyro- GRD Lance Syrden joined us a couple days ago.

She waited until ehoes of her voice died in tensed silence. Then she handed everybody a small paper-like sheets with reminders:

**Competitions:

1. **Mask of the Invisible (Phyle- wide)

**Think of any scene/event that may occure in the Brotherhood. Write it down in a few sentences and then write a short poem (max 20 lines), describing feelings of the person observing it. The winning submission is going to be the one, which gets the higher score (2 points - for the best story, 1-for runner up and: 2 points -for the best poem, 1- for runner up). The award is a crescent for the winner. The competition is approved and you can see it here:
