Dark dudes and dudettes! (TM)

Another week, another million credits embezzled from CSP's funds into my own personal account! :P

There are a few comps running currently, and there are also a few in the works. Saitou and I are planning a Clan Feud with the Summit Dudes of CSK. At the minute we are just putting the proposal together to send off to the GM and DGM, and we're spending a great deal of time doing it. See we want a nice shiny new ship as a prize for the winning Clan. We need a new ship after Saitou smashed the corvette up when he tried to reverse park it. Damned PCON... I told him to leave it to the Sithies...

As well as that we have the poster comp, which I will be finishing off next week. Get your submissions into the PCON and me and the winner of each House poster gets a medal and the winner of the Clan one gets something nice too. I have to count all the submissions to see if we can get a bigger award for the best overall submission. And if that happens we may ask that person specifically to try and come up with something else. Dunno yet... have to look at them all together, rather than when I just receive them. I must say that the standard of artwork in the Clan is very impressive, and you haven't made our jobs any easier in choosing which ones to pick.

Saitou also has his T-Shirt comp going at the minute, and is taking submissions for that. I finally sent off the cash to the Yank Dude today, and hopefully my shirt is already in the country under the watchful eye of the KHP. Can't wait to get my hands on it. :)

This week I haven't been doing very much. Over the weekend I was away (as Stalker kindly let you all know) and I tried my hand at a bit of rally driving with the Brit Army. I. Kick. Ass. I am the Irish embodiment of Tommi Makkenin... or however that is spelt. If anyone wants to buy me a present, get me a rally driving day. I also stared death (not the HAD member) in the face. I came screaming round a bend through a river and headed straight for a gap in a wall with a huge mound in the way. To get over the bump you have to floor it, then hit the breaks at the top so that you don't fly off and bury yourself in the lake on the other side. Problem is another vehicle came from the other side at the same time. I slammed on the breaks and skidded to a water halt, but the other Jeep couldn't see as they were up high and pointing towards the sky. Luckily the driver stalled the engine and that meant the jeep was landed, with it's wheels off the ground and the middle of the chassis on the top of the mound. As it swung down the driver suddenly saw the faces of me and my instructor sitting open mouthed in the cab... just as well the chick driving the other jeep wasn't in the same vehicle as us or she would have been clearly able to smell just how scary that was... So no, not very much at all. :P
