Mainly thanks for the fast response of the superiors review documents. It was interesting to read your oppinions and it gave me a overview about the morale in the Clan.

But I want first to get to the results of the AWOL check.

I will write the above mentioned ones directly to report in, so that they have time till Wednesday to report in. I also count the ones as active who failed to mail me back but sent a mail over the egroup (hint Exar) and those who are regulary on IRC.

So far to the AWOL check, if anyone of the named ones isn`t interesting anymore in being an Alvaak Clansmen, then I would like to see that you request a transfer to Rogues, because it always looks bad when you are AWOLed.

Back to the review document.

The ones who send it in said their honestly oppinion and I must say that happened what I feared, the morale is low and I can just excuse to all members that we havent been able to see this before. I dont promise that it will change from now to the next secound but be sure that I will work on it and that we will have changes very soon. I just can ask you to stay and to help us !

The constant SPAMMING of the email lists is out of hand. No one really cares if someone else agrees with how good a banner pic or bomber R2 unit is or not...sending out emails that say nothign more than "yes, I know it is cool" is utterly idiotic.

2 Do you think that there are enough House and Clanintern Competitions ?

People do not understand the difference between positional authority and Rank. I have guys that are under my command in the Battle Team who feel that, since they are of a higher rank in the DHB than I, they may circumvent me.
The Email List issue. Message Boards are for spammy posting...not email groups...that should be for OFFICIAL COMMUNICATIONS ONLY. If someone cares about the damn R2 unit in the Alvaakian fighter, let them go to the forum and post about it.
Krath are not involved enough. It seems that the Obelisk are working hard on their JK2 stuff, the Sith all have projects (don't take Sputnik War personally, Frey...alot of us are on the Vanguard and just got finished with a 3 month long comp...and are kinda burned out on MP flying.), and the Krath are...well...having a run-on comp or something. I dunno, when I was a Krath i was under the impression that it was our duty to post more on the messageboard, stay active on IRC, and write weekly fiction/poems/whatever, since we didn't have a gaming platform...just my opinion though.

I could care either way, actually. The whole email thread that lasted for 112 stupid emails really turned me off to the whole idea.

Communication in the House isnt bad. I think what we do communicate is useful, as opposed to Clan communications that generally just get deleted because theyre pretty useless to me.

I think there need to be more House competitions, which we are trying to resolve in Dominatus. One problem I would say that there is here is that the communications about competitions is BAD. Very bad. I heard about Sputnik Wars maybe three or four times in passing before I realised it had become more than a Multiplayer Competition. You need to work on publicising events better.

I would have said so, yes. Theres lots of reports and communications go out.

I try and keep in touch with Aseret and Cirith at least once a week thats part of my job as I see it.

You do work? I dont seem to see much out of you beside the odd report and a few emails. Sorry if that seems rude, but you dont seem to have much presence at all. Perhaps if you were more vocal about what work you did, I could comment better on it.

Again, no presence. A few reports here and there, but no real charisma. I speak to Mai a lot cause we know each other RL, and she tells me that being a leader is only about a quarter administration, a quarter motivating through your own activity, and a whole half being a cheerleader for the troops. I dont feel like Tron or you manage to do the whole motivational thing that well.

Discussion of fighters/bombers that shouldnt be allowed to be given to us without our having won a competition first

No. I think we have far too much stuff in Alvaak as it is already. The only reason we bother discussing anything like this is because the Grand Admiral can get it given to us if the GM denies it, and thats wrong. We have too much overpowered, unbalanced stuff, and we should be happy with what we have, not trying to make yet more overpowered, unbalanced stuff. Were not gods, we dont have all the money in the world to make these things, and at the end of the day were not the best clan yet. We dont deserve these things yet. When we do, the DC will give them to us, fairly earned, and fairly given. I dont want anything that isnt that.

Thos reviews are more or less representing the whole Clan, I know that not everyone can be 100% happy, but we should try it.

I will send all reviews I got to the House Leaders (anonymous of course) so that they can make theirself an own picture about the current situation.

I`m sure that your House Leaders will contact you within the next days to give a little overview about the next steps.

None received this week, this is the 2nd week in a row, I got no report from Nightflyer nor Kyle, if this happens again I will take the needed steps.

House Auctorias

As some of you already know, at the end of the month I'll be moving to Rogue for many reasons but mainly cuz I'm moving with my wife to a new appartment and because Italy is a crap 'o place, we won't even have a phone or internet line till october and I can not accept to be onleave that much and be a useless weight for the house. For that reason I'll be resigning from my position of QUA at the end of the month and I'll move to rogue till I'll have internet back. I also HIGHLY recommend Khaland for my replacment as QUA ( I'm talking to ya Tron and Frey ). Meanwhile I'll be still your QUA for a couple of weeks so get ready for some action heh..

I'd like also to express how much I'm disappointed about the current status of the House. With the only exception of Sephiroth, Leeson and Rocco the House is a dead place and that's unacceptable. I have gived in those weeks activities for even you guys with internet problems that can't play online but no one bothered take advantage of that to be active. I haven't recived also a single application for sergent of our brigate in 2 weeks... Come on guys I can not belive you don't have the will or the strength to help our House taking a responsability job like SGT. You have 3 more days to apply or I'll have to take someone outside the house, something I regret to do but I will is I must.

Meanwhile let's move with the news:

DB News:

1) The GMRG has closed his doors to new application so now more folks could join us in our mission to protect the GM.

2) That's not really a DB related but I'll post it anyway.. Mairin got a Class I grade at Oxford the other day and I think that's deserve a mention =)

Clan News:

1) Tron's still having internet problem and he's still onleave with Frey as ruling dude ( ANARCHYYYYYY!!!!!!!! =P)

House News:

1) As I said above I'll be moving to rogue at the end of the month. I have to be forced to do so after only 4 months of Quaestorship but I simply have no choice...

2) I'll close the application for SGT on sunday so you'd better hurry up and apply if ya won't to see me royally pissed !

Sorry that this report isn`t very good, but I think a nice talked situation is helping nobody of us. Lets improve the things and find all a way together.
