<p class="report">Friends and Colleagues,</p>

<p class="report">I must apologize for falling off of everyone's radar these past weeks. RL has taken its toll again as my work situation got a little ugly.</p>

<p class="report">I have received quite a few items towards promotions in the EC training program, and I will send acknowledgement of the ones that got through to me as I get to them. Please bear with me as I play catch up.</p>

<p class="report">Because of situations beyond my control (including the start of the Clan Feud), the July Phyle competition is being extended until one month after the end of the Feud. I figure this is only fair since everyone should work on Feud stuff before the Phyle competition.</p>

<p class="report">I will be back in full duty by this time next week.</p>
