Mike announced his official retirement even though he's still kidna around, but quite frankly I'm sick of seeing not a lot of work done with this house so it's time to get some asses in gear. After this I will personaly mail you concerning our training process and where you stand in it so we can start getting people promoted and moving up. I'd like to see a lot more activity and if I don't get it there may be some things people aren't going to like happening to thier Characters. Seriously, we have a great group of people here and there is no excuse for us being a 3 person house. I would like to see everyone bring at least 1 new person in. If you bring 1 person into this house I'll award you a Dark Cross. That's a big award for such a little thing so if I can bend on that you can get us some recruits. </font></div> <div align="left"> <font color="#00ffff" size="4">Training Week at school starts for me next Monday so I don't know how much I'll physicaly be on but rest assured you'll see me on IRC 24 7 and I'll be answering all e-mails right quick (especialy since our school has a nicey nice oc-3 connection which means YAY i'll be able to play again).
