Edition #027 - August 24th, 2002

Hail.

The structures of Clan Naga Sadow started to tilt again with the removal of our former Consul Keldorn and the appoitment of the former PCON, now CON Goatham. Things promise great change on the next days and, I hope, for the good of the Clan and to finally hid us from the stagnancy that seemed to fall over us all.

Remembering everyone that I'll only process the AWOL check results when I get the results for the Open Events, since I don't want to expel a participating guy (which sincerely I doubt will occur)...

<li>Activity</li>

Some people seemed to get back from the dead and start sending pilot files again, which is very good. Also, I must start doing my own job for a while and give the points I'm holding (I'll see that tomorrow, or die trying... :P).

As for the rest, the participation on the SHW comps at all is almost non existant. (No comments)

<li>Comps</li>

There are still a lot of things to do:

Monthly Flying comp: Send all pilot files from SP missions you fly on the month to Janos Silverwulf and CC me. Last week.

Monthly Melee comp: If you fly a MP match against another member on HLK, remember to register the results on the MP ladder on Tactical Room - Level 02 of the Kressh Fortress.

TOP GUN: Last day for subs. details here

Sith Squadron League: Ends now too. On your submission depends the continuity of your squad on the comp. Details here.

<li>On the Works</li>

As soon as the AWOL check ends (I hope soon enough), the House Summit will start looking for some individual talents to help the House on the betterment of crew and other stuff like the webpage and the message boards.

Also, on CON Goatham's note, he promised quite a load of changes to take place inside the Clan and, obviously, on House Ludo Kressh. I expect we can deal with that on a very good manner.

Special note for CON Goatham, I will not add the AED and CMDRs' reports on this one because I'm still looking for a easier way to do that. I'll follow that on the next issue. By the way, it would be better if you wait until Sunday to release your report and add mine. I quite dislike that No report. line below HLK QUA... :p

<li>Awards, Promos and stuff</li>

ex-CON Keldorn kicked out.

ex-PCON Goatham elevated to CON.

SW Carl Lost awarded 2 Crescents with Sapphire Star for his placements on the Deception feud.

SW Janos Silverwulf awarded a Legion of the Scholar and the EH Commendation of Loyalty.

<li>The Squads</li>

According to the new standards for Battleteams, I think it's good for the squadrons to have a link to the Squadron webpage on future reports. If the squad don't have a webpage, fix one asap...

Also, remember to visit the Sith Order page in order to keep in touch with the last issues about squadron administration and points.

Diamond: DujHod's alive and kicking, and yelling at people for the lazy work on the Fight Among Equals, which's been extended for another week.

Sapphire: Sheer insatisfaction with the squad situation on the SHW comps and good words for Carl Lost on his awards.

Emerald: CMDR position open, apply to me and Abel Malik.

<li>Closing Notes</li>

When the final results for the Deception Feud come out, the AWOL check will be released. According to my list, 15 pilots will leave the House in the next days, which will make us much smaller than now. After the delivering of dead weight, I'll start with help of Goatham and Abel Malik some sort of revitalization process in order to know what's going on and fix the problems with communication and activity. If you already have anything to add, please feel free to mail or find us on mIRC.
