[ Clan News ]

1 - Official Feud results are out! WE WON! Way to go, guys. ;)

2 - This week welcomed Galeres new Summits - congratulations are once again extended to Raistlin and Dagger, QUA and AED, respectively. Good luck to you guys. ;)

3 - The AGE program has undergone some review, and a decision has been reached. Activity reports, including all necessary documents/scores/whatever, will be sent to me by the QUA of each House at

the end of each month. I will then dole out points, awards, and possibly promotions. Remember - ANYTHING you do that represents Arcona to an OUTSIDE GROUP (internal does NOT count :P) will

score you points in the Mage book. ;)

4 - A little debate (and ever-so-heated, thanks to my main man Halc) is currently going on over the Oriens Obscurum mailing list, concerning SP flying rewards in the DB. I'd like to see HOO members

continue to make constructive comments, so that we can figure out what needs to be done in regards to SP people getting their dues. ;)

5 - Mage's MiniComps! I've included the details under the [ Clan Status ] header... read for info. ;)

[ Clan Status ]

1 - Mage's MiniComps! Voila le details.

These are a series of small comps, all designed with a two-week run

period, effective Saturday... so, your run time on all of the below is

September 7th to 21st. As they are all Clan-wide competitions, I will

be awarding first place in each a Ruby Crescent, second an Amethyst

Crescent, and third a Sapphire Crescent. All submissions to me, CC:'ing

Tarkin - I'll be doing the reviewing, but I hear tell my account has

bounced some mail recently, so we'll make sure someone gets all the

submissions. ;)

MiniComp #1 - Clan Mascot

Alright, so it won't show up on the roster. And no, it may not be an

'official possession'. But I think the Clan needs a mascot. I'm

looking for as in-depth a description as possible, but don't send me a

book. Funny, serious, sarcastic, whatever... and may the coolest

critter/beast/humanoid/god only knows what Halc might think up :P/other

win. :)

MiniComp #2 - Clan Banner

Somewhat borrowed from Qel-Droma's graphic competition... I'm looking

for something that speaks about who we are as a Clan.

MiniComp #3 - Clan Identity Story

Not gonna lay down the law on this one... get creative. ;)

I realize these all seem sort-of Krath-y, but you Obelisk and Sith can

have a lot of fun with them all, too. I want submissions for this so

deep I have to wade through 'em!

2 - Attack of the Transfers! Yes, there's been a lot of in and out movement lately... if anybody knows where I left my handcuffs (which I use to tie people to my desk so they can't leave :P), let me know! <-- Note: I'm kidding, people go where they'll have fun... but mailing list upkeep = bothersome. :P

3 - Competitions. Your leaders need to run 'em, and you need to win 'em. Tarkin and I want to see what our Houses and Battle Teams are capable of... and there's only one group to do it. Hop to it, kids!
