Greetings all,

I must apologize for the delay, my R/L work has kept me busy as of lately. So let's get started shall we..

I was a little disappointed in the response I got from my first report. Only one response. So I will make this report a AWOL check as well. I would like to hear from you all. And I will make it a point to contact each of you individually as well.

I would like to get a response as to the issues I brought up last week. With my first order being ideas for the creation of a squadron banner. As you can see by this report I been playing a bit with a little design for a crest/patch. If you can think of something better, please submit, also get those graphs going for a kick ass squadron banner.

Point two, I want to implement a mission/battle of the month, highest score being named squadron ace and a nice little prize as well.

If I do not get response on the mission/battle idea I will assume there is no complaints and will press on with it. I will select a battle/mission, and send it out with a suspense date. I would like to see some response, so I would know which format to choose from (I.e. XwA, XvT, Tie)

I assure you all I would like to hear your ideas, gripes complaints. I will address them all and get whatever problems, ideas that we may have solved ASAP

My main concern is to get some high activity out of us all, so suggestions for comps, or anything you think may better us please bring it forward.

I would like to see more of activity out of you all, I especially ask the higher ranks including myself as CMDR to set the example for the younger troops. Again I stress, I want to hear your ideas.

Remember there is a deadline for the comp for the new squadron banner design 16 September 2002!! Please get going and make something cool.

Also I need to know who is good at HTML so we can design our own web page.
