_ Bob thinks back to his days in the Shadow Academy...... _

One of the many professors of the Shadow Academy had just finished explaining an important research project to his class. He emphasized that this paper was an absolute requirement for passing his class, and that there would be only two acceptable excuses for being late. Those were a medically certifiable illness or a death in the appprentice's immediate family. A young Krath apprentice named Bob in the back of the classroom waved his hand and spoke up. "But what about extreme sexual exhaustion, professor?" As you would expect, the class exploded in laughter. When the students had finally settled down, the professor froze the young man with a glaring look. "Well," he responded, "I guess you'll just have to learn to write with your other hand."

HPG vs. HLK

On the CNS message board (http://www.ehnet.org/mb/viewtopic.php?p=29502) our Kings of Tomorrow run-on has moved under a high priority for the house. While we are invading the HLK fortress; members of HLK will be trying to defend it. So go there and start posting, we must defeat them.

#003 - DB Competitions

Obelisk High Command Competition

There are 3 Categories in this one...

a) Some type of Armor- Some ideas already noted herein would be much less potent form of Mandalorian Armor, A device that triggers Nanites (sub atomic sized robots) that disperse and bond on a molecular level to form armor... These are NOT what you are restricted to simply ideas to move you along. Feel free to come up with your own unique idea so long as it is accompanied by a graphic (as these are prizes please really put yer all into the grapix)

b) Some form or Saber or Weapon appropriate to the Jedi Rank- For those of DJK or better it will be a saber given by me the OHC (sorta in the tradition of Samurai recieving Swords as gifts from their lords)... Below DJK is typically a board with various numbers of nails according to Epis Khobai but I think we could go with something like a Monofilament blade or some other nifty techno sword... I know a number of you seem worried that "custom" sabers are reserved for those of OWL? and above but providing only the ranks have changed and that the actual policiy noted in the darkside compendium is still in force, then there is nothing against a specially given saber so long as it is not "modified". I believe this modification they speak of is the fluctuating blade length saber. Then of course the double bladed saber for even higher. So dont worry.. These will be standard and appropriate to rank just Special Obelisk Tourney winner design is all with no funtionality modifications not appropriate to rank. Idealy.. this is in 4 seperate categories as you have the sub DJK Weapon, Standard Saber, Modified Saber, Dual Bladed Saber.. The Standard and Modified however can easily be the same design simply understanding the modified has the blade length variability function.

c) A grapic similar to a Trophy- This is the hardest category for me to define as Sharad gave me the idea but If I understood him, the concept involves a Unique Graphic for each Tourney. This is not required, but I think it would be great. For this reason, I am asking a set of 3 graphics rather than a single... the idea being a first, second, and yes.. a third place.

All Winners of each category (and each Weapon sub category) will recieve a Star of Eos, The two runners up will be awarded Dark Crosses (again same for EACH weapon sub category).
The deadline for submissions will be the 1st of October so get cracking and turn us out some great stuff!! After all, YOU may be the one winning it someday!

MASTER-STUDENT COMPETITION 3: "THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE!

This is the ultimate competition for Master-Student pairings. In this competition Masters and Students will have to work their way together through 7 tasks to win the competition, get nice medals and be listed as the best Master-Student Team in the DB!

This first DB-wide MS competition unfortunately only features Krath events but all Orders are invited to have their teams sign up and to participate, so you Obelisk and Sith teams can get the chance to show that you can beat the Krath on their own territory. The next DB-wide competition will cater for all Clans and teams will be able to gain points in all DB aspects.

Introduction

CrimsonAngel was once again sleeping in his office, when Fred the Seal suddenlly came in screaming something about an emengency. CrimsonAngel, thinking that HLK was being lead my Malik was raiding this vodka supply again followed Fred the Seal down the to hanger bay.

To CrimsonAngel suprise, Goatham was in the Hanger bay.

"Goatboy, what you doing here?" CrimsonAngel asked

"I have no idea, did you call me here?" Goatham Replied

"Nope" CrimsonAngel replied

"Well then......wheres Bob?" Goatham asked

At that moment, blue paint fell from from above, all over CrimsonAngel and Goatham. Looking up, CrimsonAngel noticed Bob with couple of buckets.

"Got Ya!" Bob screamed as he ran into the Vents.

"I think he has lost the plot" Goatham Muttered

Activity in one subgroup can help other subgroups. CrimsonAngel designs competitions so that your activity here can be used in other subgroups. It makes it all enjoyable arrf!!!

Quiet week this week, but alot of restructuring has been going on, which is good, because change is good.

I congratulate Blitz on his activity of late, against the trend, he is still going strong. Zack, Kimi and Tarcom have also been consistent. Keep up the good work people!!!

Ok guys this is my second report and there is alot to say......

Transfers

OK well kevron rai has left us and gone rouge, hopefully we can still see him around sometime and you will be missed,

Apparently everyone in Dark Element has been transfered to my team, due to some problems, well with that in mind welcome everyone to my battleteam and I hope that you all will be active members and make CNS and HPG pround

Go to the roster page and you will see the top site is the new recently created page by none other than Tarcom go there pleez and check it out Tarcom worked his ass off for it now show him some respect.

Yahoo Group- We have a new name therefore we need a new yahoo group that is the second web site and I want everyone to go and join it, you have 8 days from now to join the new yahoo group or there will be hell to pay!!!! :p

I'm almost leading in pts in HPG I hope that I can inspire others to try hard remember that if you jus try you will more than likely get promoted.

OK this is becoming a serious problem , you guys need to report to BOB Crimsin Angel and myself at least once every 2 weeks.

There are a few tounrney a week and I'm ususally at most of them, I'd really like to see more of you at them don't be intimidated in any way there are some serious rookie's there.

New Project

Currently myself Reza and Acid are starting a new top secret thing that will help with the obelisk order and make the DB have way better players..........I'll tell you more about this upon completion..... but it will help you gain easy pts. toward your promotions.
