    <td class="Basic">**-BOWS-**

Hey guys, it's your crippled AED with his latest report. Not much to really talk about this week as

I'm just taking on some new projects that I wasn't expecting. So to let you all in on them I'm just

gonna post it up here. On a more personal note, to let all of you guys know, my surgery didn't

go so well I found out and they had to put me in a wheel chair for the next six weeks. So expect

me to be on more then ever. This just means the AED man is gonna get his work done alot faster.</td></tr> <tr>

    <td class="basic">**[News]**

1. As asked, I'm going to be doing the coding for the Feud site in ASP so that we can get this feud underway, I've got a weekend of bascially nothing going on since I can't go anywhere and I plan to have most, if not all of the site done by Sunday night for review of both House summits.

2. After talking to SwipeR, we're both in agreeance that the house site needs a hard-core update, so we will be taking care of that within the next week or two and getting a new and up-to-date site out for the public viewing. Hopefully this will help us pull in more members since we can never have enough :)

3. I'm pretty pleased with the level of activity that we're maintaining right now, but I still think we can do better. If anyone thinks they can lead or participate in the Dinaari Training Nights, for prizes, promotions and whatever else I can pull out of my bag of tricks, then please send me an e-mail at [Log in to view e-mail addresses]

4. New Obelisk CORE Exam just came out, I suggest that you all take the time to do it since it's easier then dirt and it proves that you know enough about the DB and the Obelisk Order more specifically to get past the Journeymen ranks (APP/NOV/ACO) and move on through the Yeomanry ranks (PRT/GRD/JH). As I see who's passed or failed the test, I'll take it into consideration when I submit Promotion requests.

5. I'd also like to see the SGT's and RM take the Leadership Exam course on the SA Site. I took the time to do it and I noticed that there is some pretty useful information in the exam notes that might be of some use to you when doing your job. Good luck to all of you who step up to this challenge.

6. After talking to DJK Mordin Malchia, our good friend and local Dark Avatar Sergeant, I've opped to help him out by getting his Brigade Site out and on the market. In taking up this small task, I'd ask that all Dark Avatar Troopers mail me personally with what they want to see on their site, consider this a small AWOL check as well. Those who don't reply might be in for a small surprise at the end of next week.</td></tr> <tr>

    <td class="Basic">**[Activities]**

As always, the following Weekly Competitions are open for all Dinaari members to show up and prove total ownage in:

-Sunday: Mage's Sunday Special

-Monday: Oct. 21'st Only; The Grand Melee

-Wednesday: Trailer Park Jamboree

-Saturday: Obelisk High Commanders Cup

-Everyday: EhCoC competitions in #EHCOC

Lots of competitions to be able to participate in. I suggest that you all try to attend at least 2 of these events inorder to practice before we actually get started with the Feud. House Cestus won't be a push over like you guys think, we can't just sit around and boast about our skill, we gotta scare them wet at all of these comps so they'll know what they're up against. I don't want us depending on our stronger players in this upcomming feud, everyone's gonna have to pull around their own weight. Dinaari is also gonna try and get our own official competition started up, let's just hope no one owns us on our own competition night, so keep the skill unrusted guys.

    As some of you guys might have recently read, PCON Preddy's got a nice 
    little competition going on. It's not the most difficult of things to 
    participate in so I hope to hear from him that all 43 brethren of Dinaari 
    participated.</td>

    <td class="Basic">**[Dinaari Dynasty Warriors]**

House Dinaari hasn't really done much with this, but we're going to. I've seen the Master Student Program perform wonders for houses in the past. Dinaari in itself is a wonder so with a Program like this in full effect we can only reach new levels never imagined before. As it is well known, Dinaari has and has had some of the best Jk'ers to ever grace the net. It is through these members that we have always won past competitions, dependent on them.

In the past we've seen brothers like Mav, Rhophein, Rahj and Talon Drear, take on the Brotherhood and come out the victors. With the exception of Talon, these guys have left us for other things. Now we've got guys like Mordin, Zero, Acidic, and the more famous Shadow and Sharad. At times these guys seem invincible and everyone always wonders how and why they're so strong. How'd they get so good? Through the Master Student Program small Dynasty's will be formed showing how well our new age Masters teach their students. We're not going to stop at just one, and I'd hope that all Students try to get trained by all of the Masters. The current list of Master's is as follows:

-QUA/OW SwipeR

-SGT/OW Shadow

-SGT/DJK Mordin Malchia

-GRD Acidic

    If you feel as if you should be an Official Dinaari Master with your own
    Dynasty, then please e-mail me and we'll have you tested out to see if
    you meet the standards. If you wish to be taken off then also feel free
    to e-mail me and I'll take you off. As of right now this is who I feel
    can handle being a Master and best train the many Dinaarians that we have.
    As time moves on the structure of the Master Student Program will change.
    Depending on how big the Dynasty is, certain Master's will become Overlords,
    and be able to assign the title of Master to someone in their Dynasty.
    Each Dynasty will also have it's own emblem created. Either by the Master
    at the head of the Dynasty, or by myself. I will be in contact with the
    Dynasty Master's by the end of the weekend to further iron out some of
    these details. I hope to see some fruit from this remodeled Master Student
    Program and from this point forward it shall be refered to as the Dinaari
    Dynasty Warriors.</td>

No Promotions or Medals Awarded by me this week. Expect a small list to be submitted next week pending on how well certain members do with the tasks that I have given them, and how active everyone else is with what they are provided.</td></tr> <tr>

    <td class="Basic">**[Miscellaneous]**

I guess there was more to report this week then I had originally assumed. Ah well, I'm gonna get hott with getting things done now. No more time to sit and chat. From now on we're going to whip Dinaari back into shape so that we can rule over all of the Obelisk as we always have and always will. I'd like to thank everyone for their condolences on my Car Accident, and for keeping up the good work while I was out for that short week. Many good things are to come and I'm sure we can all pull together and make things even more awesome then we can envision. </td> </tr> <tr>
