House Ronin Aedile Report – 10/09/2002

As I’m sure most of you are aware, this past week has not been kind to this old SBM at all. Seems some young Light Jedi were eager to prove themselves to their Masters and tried to steal my personal console and database. They only succeeded in destroying the main board in the console and acquiring about 10% of the database contents before I had tracked them down and promptly separated their heads from their bodies. It took me several days to acquire a new board and determine that what limited data they had been able to transmit to Coruscant was of little use to them, mostly some of my favorite Cantina tunes, of which I’m sure the Light Jedi are bound to find most interesting. :P

With my computer now back up to 100% efficiency I am now officially back in action! I’ve had hundreds of communiqués in my inbox, and at this time have processed most of them straight to my personal “File 13” storage facility. ;)

CMDRs it is imperative that you keep a running tally of each pilots points in your weekly reports! This not only helps the House Summit determine if a promotion is due or warranted, but it also allows the pilots to see for themselves how many points they have. It also allows the pilots the opportunity to determine if there may be a discrepancy and then work out the problem with their CMDR. From this point forward I expect to see those points added to each pilots activity for the week. This means you now need to go back through the last 6 weeks worth of reports to be sure that you have all of their points properly calculated. Also remember that when a pilot receives a medal or a promotion those points are deducted automatically by the CMDR. Right now it may seem like a lot of work, but once you start using this system properly it will become much easier along the way.

Black Omega is processing a competition to be held against another Sith House. The first House that Tiss contacted failed to respond entirely, so she has moved on to Sub-Zero of House Tridens. In case some of you are to new or young to remember, I was previously the QUA of House Tridens before transferring to Clan Alvaak. Lets just say that I would take a very perverse pleasure in seeing House Tridens suffer a bloody nose by one of our own teams! J

SW Daniel Goad has approached me with another great idea for boosting morale and activity. I am reading over his idea again and will be sending him some additional questions concerning this new opportunity. As I have more news I’ll be sure to get it out to everyone! ;)

We are in the process of preparing for the upcoming Dark Brotherhood Vendetta War! Pilots, you need to be practicing hard in every SP platform you support, because the custom missions that have been designed for the Sith part of the Vendetta are sure to require each of you to be at your best! In other words, SWL Nightflyer and I expect to see House Ronin dominate the entire Sith Order in the Vendetta!

The SHW mentioned recently that House Ronin is dominating in the Sith Top Gun event! It’s amazing that no one outside House Ronin believed we’d be able to reach this far into this competition. It just goes to show that the Sith of Clan Alvaak should never be underestimated. NF will be competing against DJK Brian for the XvT platform, and SW Mell and I will be meeting in combat this weekend to determine who is the best in XWA for the entire Sith Order! As far as the XWA goes, I wish Mell lots of luck when we compete. I’m just looking forward to the fact that House Ronin has easily cleared the way to claiming this honor, regardless of who wins! J
