**_Clan/House News:
****_State of Dragon Guard Phyle:**
More bad news for the Dragon Guard Phyle. Tetrarch Corde has been overwhelmed with RL priorities and so has steped down as Tetrarch of the Phyle. From here on in, the Phyle is effectively shut down for active members. At present it Houses many old jedi who are not active, so it has been renamed RESERVES and, for who knows how long, they will reside there. If there are ANY active members within Dragon Guard please transfer out and join Ebon Cloak, or if you feel _ "elite"_ enough - try out for Drynwyn's Flame!
On a side note - Tetrarch Khaen, I know your requirements for Phyle entry are of a seriously high standard, however, with th current state of the House I would ask you to allow members in as long as they are active. The greatest ability is not always there, howver, if they are active and try hard they are the members we want, and should be allowed to suckle on the experience of Drynwyn's Flame.
Quaestor/Member Relationship:
Well after my post I the last report I recieved a couple of great letters, thank you to those of you who tried to assure me I'm doing a decent job! It's good to see that a few of you have followed Mike's lead and started posting about yourself. It really helps me, and I'm sure everyone else, to have an insight into your characters. Those of you who ahven't posted yet, I'd urge you to do so as soon as possible.

Master/Student Competition

_**Dark Allegiance:
**_Phase 2 has been launched and you can find info on the Dark Allegiance web-site. You have until the 25th of October to prepare and submit your work, this is an extension to the previous19/10/2002 date. Don't send anything to me yet - I have to speak with Betja and see who is marking this phase and how we're going to handle it. More news as it comes... forgot to do thsi last week, but I'll mail him today and get it sorted.
**_Krath Wide Run-On:
_**The House run-on has not been well recieved and we have a 6 page introduction but no content. I'm going to forfeit our submission this month and set-up a run-on on the HAD, EH.net, message boards. We'll follow Mike's idea (what an inspiration this guys is!!!) and try to assure our characters with each other. We can't take part in Order wide events until our House is a stable, well functioning unit. I'll post details probably tomorrow, when I launch the run-on.
_**Internal Phyle Competitions:
**_While the Dark Allegiance event takes priority above all others, there are also competition being run within your Phyle by your Tetrarch. These are a great way to earn yourself further medals and promotions - SO TAKE PART:
DF Phyle: No competition running at present. Concentrating on Dark Allegiance and The Vortex Run-On.

Conclusion:
Once again, quite a limited report this week compared to previous. Dark Allegiance carries on and the impact of DG being shut down for active members will hopefully boost the activity within EC and DF Phyles. I hope to see you guys take 1st and 2nd in this phase of the competition, and phase 3 and 4 should be even better with an increased member base for the 2 phyles.
