Well, Gladius, looks like I'm the new QUA. That was kinda fast.... Anyway, for those who have no clue who I am, the name's Telona. You'll find that I like lots of email in my inbox. I prefer those emails be full of ideas, suggestions, complaints, or if you want to just chit chat. Oh, and I love to see stories, poems, etc., for competitions and what not fill it up. I'm always here to listen to what you, the members, have to say. If you need guidance, advice, or a listening ear, I will be here for you and in confidentiality. You should also know I tend to go on and on and on and on..... :)

On to the news!!!

The MML is up and running. We as a house have to work on this and kill the competition. :P Here is what we need to do:

1. Need a dead person/alien

2. Need to know how they died and where

3. Need some evidence at the site of the crime

4. Need some people/aliens that had ties to the dead person

5. Need to make it so other's can't figure it out right away.

We have two weeks to get this all done, actually less than two weeks as some day's have gone by. Everyone who participates will help Gladius get points. If Gladius wins, we get something nice and shiny to look at for hours. :D So just start popping out ideas to everyone as this is a group effort. I'll chip in my two cents here soon.

Ok, so we now have a new QUA, now it's time to get some TETs for our phyles and boost up the membership. Hades and I will start taking applications for the two positions. What is expected to be in those applications?

1. Any leadership experience and/or positions you've had before

2. What you plan to do if you become TET

3. Why you want to be TET

4. How you think you can make a difference for the phyle

You've got...oh, until next Wednesday to get those to us. We'll try to get a decision in as quickly as possible. First choice will go to existing members unless someone really stands out.

Lets see, what else....

The monthly competition is, as always, still going on. If you can't remember what the topics were let me know and I'll let you know.

If you do submit anything, I'd really like it if you also sent me a copy and I'm sure Hades would too. That way we can keep track of how much effort your giving and reward you accordingly. I'm big on giving rewards (hint hint).

I think that's it for right now, I plan on putting out reports on Thursday but not this Thursday. Thought I'd better do one tonight. I'll be contacting each and every one of you individually, no your not in trouble, I just want to get to know you better so that I can better serve you.
