Consul’s Report:

Well it is now official: I have been chosen as the Consul for our fine clan. Yay! Break out the Chiss brandy! Watch out for the squirrels! We must enjoy this time, for my ascension is one of the signs of the apocalypse. :P

Ok, that done… I’ll start with what I know most of you are anticipating: “Hey Saitou, who is gonna be the new PCON?” I have considered the options and I am still unsure as to who would be best suited to compliment me in leading the clan. So I officially open applications to members of the Clan. I would personally like to keep the summit “within the family” as a foreign (other clan) leader would take a lot of breaking in. So go ahead and send your applications. However there are guidelines. These make my life easier and your application more likely to please me :P

-- Email me at [Log in to view e-mail addresses] with the subject: Application for PCON

-- Give me the normal stuff: history, former positions, personal info (no I don’t want your bathroom habits, just your likes/dislikes)

-- Your plans for the clan if you were to become PCON – be very serious!

-- Your strengths… and more importantly your weakness (again be realistic, I’m a bit weak on the sith area due to computer problems… so things like that are worth listing… and take heed of what I just said sithies :P)

-- A sizable bribe couldn’t hurt (Account # DB-235-FAKE)

-- Anything else you think would be suitable for your application

The House Reports are dealing nicely with the rewards and promotion announcements. Good Job Rollmasters! (Or QUA/AED if RM gone). It would be a good thing for members to read through the house reports. However, these do get long, so the most important area for all to read are my and the future PCON’s reports every week.

Next order of business is VERY IMPORTANT. I know in many clans, members are afraid to talk with their summit. I don’t want this to happen in CSP. I’m a nice guy, really. If you need to talk with me, go ahead and feel free. It can be about DB stuff or RL. If you want to complain about a hard test… talk with me. Having problems with a QUA/AED or battle team leader? Talk with me. Think you deserved a medal or promotion and didn’t get it? Talk with me. This is why I am here. We can try to work things out together.

Ok, onto competitions. I hope to have a CSP clan wide competition running by the end of the month. It will cover all Orders and will not be house specific (so krath and sith can play in Jk/Jk2, and obelisk/krath can do flight, etc.) I want this month to settle as I know there are competitions out there. Especially with the Krath. Good job HAD, I compiled the MML2 finished product and I am impressed! Obbies have a new competition from Gravin, and Sithies have a trivia/flying game. So work hard and get ready for the Clan competition to come soon. There will be some new forms of competition that have never been used officially (ooo I wonder what it could be!?).

Also… since I saw the two forms hit my mail just now, let me be the first to congratulate our newest Dark Jedi Knight: Falcon! Well done and wear that lightsaber with pride!
