It's my first AED report, yay me :)
Okay boys and girls, i hope you already got my mail where i outlined
most of our actions for this month. If not, i'll repeat myself shortly.
Make full AWOL check - 1-2 weeks given to CMDRs.
Make sure everyone is active. Till end of month of so.
I personally review all Novices are promoted to ACO, if you're still
hold rank of Novice and want to stay in house and be promoted send me ANY
1 flown battle or 5 free missions. That's it. Easy isn't it :)
not in any of squads ASAP. Of course don't forget to mail QUA and me
both!!! :)
Then:
recruiting NOW! :) I personally guarantee medals and promotions for every
recruited member.

Also we got QUA escort and Sith champ reopened and Jedi trials revisited, you
can see both on Archanis website (see links section below). I'm glad to inform you
from now on there will be 3, instead of one, awarded positions every month. Plus
6 best scoring pilots will get 'boost' for next month - so it will increase their
chance to be in top 3 next month :)
Also i'd like to inform you i won't add stuff like promotions/transfers/medals and
stuff like this to my reports since you can find all of it in CMDR reports.
Still! This doesn't mean i can't say that in news section ;) I'd like to inform you

Creation of graphics (banners, images, etc.): 10-30 points, CMDR Discretion
Creation of fiction (stories, plotlines, etc.): 10-30 points, CMDR Discretion
Website design: 10-40 points, CMDR Discretion
Squadron/House/Clan Website maintenance: 5-10 points per week, CMDR Discretion
Imperial Weapons and Tactics Courses: 10 points
DB course exams: 30 points
Battle Design for TIE, XvT, and XWA: 20 points per battle + 15 per mission
Mission Design for TIE, XvT, and XWA: 15 points per mission
Custom Archanis Ship Designs (PATCHES): 50 points per craft (QUA/AED Approval Needed Beforehand)
Wins in DB multyplayer competitions: 20 points per win
Pilot file submissions (TIE, XvT, XWA): 5 points per mission
Pilot file submissions - DB battles (TIE, XvT, XWA): 10 points per mission
Pilot file submissions - DB competition battles (TIE, XvT, XWA): 20 points per mission
Winning a competition with another battlegroup: 30/20/10 points per
win (1st/2nd/3rd places)
Winning a housewide competitions: 40/30/20 points per win (1st/2nd/3rd places)
Winning a clanwide competitions: 50/40/30 points per win (1st/2nd/3rd places)
Relevant Message Board Posts (DB/Taldryan Message Boards): 2 points per post (CMDR Discretion if applicable to award)
Other points may be awarded for other activities at the Quaestor's, Aedile's, or CMDR's discretion
Awards:
Given to pilot with highest points total in house
award is Steel Cross
second and third places are awarded Star of EOS and Dark Cross respectively.
Given to squadron with highest points total
If squad got the title for 2 month in a row it's CMDR is awarded Steel Cross or promoted
(QUA/AED discretion)
