This is my 4th report dating 10.11.2002. I applogize for being one day late, but I had to wait for an important answer, that influences this report. But this matter I will explain later. Now to the first topic and that is as always:

Activity:

Finally it seems that activity is increasing a bit. I talked with to members who were inactive during the past time and they promised both at least some activity in the future, let´s see perhaps others will make the same decision. I spoke with Ciara about the activity problem and we agreed upon that all house members and with that I really mean all members will be monitored closely during the next weeks. There will be three kinds of monitoring so we can be sure that we won´t miss any active member and kick out only the real 100% inactive ones. They are the following:

• Activity check with mail. In the next four weeks I will ent out four Activity checks.
  

Anyone who has replied on one of this mails after four weeks is considered active

and won´t get any problems. This report is the FIRST Activity check so I suggest

you reply to that asap.

• Monitoring IRC presence and competition participating: For that I will need my
  

Staff. I ask you to write down everytime you see a member of Cestus anywhere or

notice him doing something. All these notes will be collected and reviewed by me

and Zetar. Everyone who appears on that list won´t get any problems.

• The House Feud with Galeres (details later) Everyone who will participate in there
  

will also be considered active.

Everyone who won´t show up in none of these three parts of activity monitoring will be considered absolutely inactive and will be sent to Rogues immediately.

ACTIVITY REPORTS:

Obscurus:

Not much to say for this week except that I have participated in a few JK2

games, one being the game to celebrate (not the best word) Glor's resigning.

Was a nice game and we got a great screenshot at the end of it all. Oh yeah,

the game that followed up after that I won in first place with 20 points,

yay :). Also, Ive applied for membership in the GMRG. I figure I should try

and be as active as possible and try something new while Im at it. Ive done

a number of AF related projects in hopes of insipiring activity but sadly it

doesnt seem to be working.

Zetar: -I have been on IRC a lot

   -Played a little JK2 with some house members  

   -Been working on the house website  

   -Arranged some competitions  

Rage Maki (Lady Rage):

another activity report containing my great achievements of the last week :P

I am still daily online and post daily on the MB (LadyRage). I had different

trainings matches against Chuculan, Sukuth and Gelton. I even won once

against Gelton 4 to 10!! I also played against Gryffon. I couldnt

participate in the Saturday comp because I was on a party. I wanted to

participate in the Sunday BoM training and even joined but I lagged too much

and had to leave :(

I also participated in the BoM Banner comp and sent a couple of banners in.

I sent my character history in as well. Another of my activities was sending

a short piece about my character to the Aedile. I am working on a banner for

the Cestus banner comp and I will send a drawing to the website archive of

Cestus.

I think that wraps it up :P

Tygarin Cypher:-got slaughtered in a comp either Sat or Sun.. it was so

embarrassing I don't really remember the date

-spent more time on IRC than should be humanly possible

Zekk: -Was on IRC Saturday.

  -Played JK2 with Suk :0)!!!(Lost but it was close)  

  -RM Report  

  -Working on Website

I will add three other activity reports:

myself: - was on IRC frequently

        - played some trainings matches along with Rage Maki and Hev Randrowan  

        - tried to get inactive mebers active and scaning IRC channels for Tarentum   

          member and to persuade them to join #tarentum   

X-Pilot: - Been on IRC : Friday and Saturday nights

        - Took part in Saturday OHC Tourney   

Sen Hart: - I have managed to idle on IRC a lot.

           - I am working on a graphic for my BT, Blades of Malice.  

The amount of activity reports is growing, I consider this as a good sign, next week there will be perhaps even more.

Competiton

I know normally Zetar is reporting about all competitions, but this time I want to announce one as well. It´s the House Feud between Galeres and Cestus I mentioned above. I applied for approvement for the feud today so I don´t have the confirmation of the comp yet, but I think nothing unexpected should happen there. The feud itself will include 3 ladders. A JK 1v1, a JKII 1v1 and a writing ladder. The exact rules of the matches and the writing ladder will be announced in the next days by Warrior and Dagger the QUA snd AED of Galeres. If approved the feud will start on November 20th and ends December 11th.

Promotions:

With joy I can report one rank elevation: My Apprentice NOV Rage Maki was elevated ro the rank of Acolyte. Congrats again! You truely deserve it.

Another but not so happy matter is the resigning of DJK Glorfindel as SGT of Battalion of Fear. Due to real life he told me he can´t fullfill his duties as SGT anymore and asked me to releave him from his position. He was not only a good SGT and a skilled JKer but also is a friend of me. I hope you will come back soon Glor you will be missed. In order to honor him and his work we spontaneously made up a good-bye JKII match for him. I attached some screenies so you can see what happend during it :P

As his sucessor he recommended PRT Eoth Kun and therefore Zetar and me decided to apoint him as new SGT of Battalion of Fear. His answer to accept the offer reached me today and that is the reason for the delay of this report. Congratultions Eoth! I ´m confident you will do a great job!
