Ooh, 2 reports in one week, that can't be good!

Anyway...

It's my very great pleasure to accept the position of Deputy Grand... Mistress. :) As I'm sure nearly all of you can relate to, this has been one of the major goals in my DB career, and I'm thrilled to bits that it's finally here and I actually made it up here.

However, it's not a sit-on-the-laurels time. It's time to get stuff done. :)

1: MML2 - this will continue to run with me managing it until its conclusion. Artefacts have been approved as being the Sword of the Avenger and the Ring of Wrath. Ektrosis is currently in the lead, but this may change...

2: Krath Summit Promo Guidelines have been sent to FF for approval. Despite my not being KHP any longer, those guidelines, should they be approved, will hopefully be used for the future. I will also be looking to have Yacks and whoever gets OHC adapt these to the Sith and Obelisk Orders respectively, along with CoFo's help.

3: Promotion Guidelines are something which have been raised as being lacking by a few people, and so I will be taking a more active interest in the promoting guidelines within all the clans with a view to at least attempting to make these correlate a little more. I feel that this will prevent members from leaving Clans to get easy promotions/medal awards, and will also ensure that where people are awarded promotions and medals they are assured that their peers will view those awards as well-deserved, and earned.

4: I will also be beginning work on a Great Jedi War. I know you've all been waiting an awfully long time for one, but I will be starting from scratch, and I would ask you all to be patient and bear with me whilst this gets put together. I am aiming to start in mid-January, just after the Christmas Break. If you haven't heard any more about it by New Year, then you can start asking what's happening with it, but for the meantime, please let me and those others involved concentrate on it and get it up together in time.

5: I will be quite busy over the next few days setting things in order. If you can't get a response from me on IRC for whatever reason, please send me an email and I'll get onto it as soon as possible.

6: I'll be in touch with all the Clan Summits and also with the Dark Council later on today about my expectations and my plans for the future. This will be their chance to get involved in those and lend their suggestions and their experience. Experience doesn't mean you can't make suggestions too, so if there's something you want to see, remember that my mailbox is always open, and I'd love to hear from you. :)
