Hello everyone.

Most important news this week is Smit resignation. He got too tired

from command positions :( We'll miss you Smit, get back soon.

Also this week we lost Aylius Khan, he died in a place crash :(

He was great member of the house and we will all miss him a lot,

minute of silence in his memory plese...

Also one of the oldest members of Archanis has returned to us, everyone

give a warm welcome to SW Azazel, he is now placed into Hyperion, as Flight

Leader of flight 3. It's real pleasure to see you back Az.

I was planning to announce final rules for Sith champion this week, but

since we don't have a quaestor i think this might wait a little. Commanders,

please take points system from Archanis site and use it to count activity

scores. also don't forget that it's a lot more complicated then prebious one -

battles flown for competitions are awarded a lot better, then usual ones.

All monthly scores should be on my table (and QUA table, which i currently

hold :p) by the end of month, so we'll be able to announce first Sith

champion for last 3 month. Also QUA escort squad will be chosen. Trowa, use

file i gave you to count all scores for everything your pilots done this

month.

Also, there are several pretty active acolytes in house, commanders - feel free

to promote then when you fill it's time for it. I will fill out promotion

request really fast, same goes for all ranks of all pilots in a house. You

feel he deserves it - you fill the request :)

We're still running a recruiting campaign, every pilot of the house recruited

will be awarded (or even promoted), we're pretty low on numbers, so every men

count. Still, if you feel somebody is inactive and all he do is mail you

sometimes saying i'm here - inform him house needs an activity, and if he

won't take a warning - mail me about it. Most likely this people will be awoled

as soon as it will be considered possible.

There's a house policy i made, still i don't want to publish it until QUA,

whoever it will be, won't approve it, stand by.

Also, i'd like to see new competitions started. Trowa - please make some comp

(at least simple activity based) to find out how active your people can be

(and get anther way to award them :p). Pell - Hypo looks a lot better now, then

when you got it, and it's your fault, muaaahahahaha :) So, if you'll find some squad

to kill - shoot it, make average scoring comp, so low numbers won't hurt your score

lot.

One last thing, a lot of people keep ignoring IRC and #Archanis channel somehow,

i'm sure a lot of people are online usually, so please come join us. Even if

there's nobody there, don't leave it right away, it doesn't eat your bandwidth to

sit in a channel, and you'll get an excellent opportunity to talk with your

housemates in case somebody arrives :p

If squad got the title for 2 month in a row it's CMDR is awarded Steel Cross or promoted

(QUA/AED discretion)

there are minor details concerning CMDRs here and information pilots might find usefull,

but untill it's discussed with QUa, it won't be announced :)

Taldryan Combat Consortium, Hypo got best pilot thingie, Sith champion,

QUA escort, COCK comp... eh, several MP comps i can't remember right

now :p

CMDRs, please track competitions better and, most importantly, make

your pilots fly for those. Especially that concerns TCC - i'd like to

see a lot of medals go to Archanis :)
