1: Competition Approval

ALL Competition Approvals must now come through me. To get a competition approval, send an email to: [Log in to view e-mail addresses] with the subject line: "Competition Approval Request". CC CHAN Shadonyx and your direct superiors. Include the following information:

• Your name, ID Line and Email

• Participating Members (Battleteam/House/Clan)

• Task/Mission/Levels to be set/used

• Start date and End date

• Medals to be Awarded

If you do not include the above criteria, your competition will be denied. Make it clear how you intend to run your competition, or it will be denied.

Turnaround on competition approval is currently 24 hours.

2: Promotion Guidelines

I am currently waiting on approval for the Krath Summit promotion guidelines which I composed a little while ago with the help of the Krath Summits. I will be looking to adapt this for the other Orders once they are approved.

My aim is to have regulated promotion guidelines for every rank within every Order, which will be flexible enough to be adapted to each and every Clan's specific identity and ethos, but will still ensure fairness and equality throughout the Brotherhood.

This will include monthly evaluations on Clan Summits, the substance of which I shall be mailing out to Consuls and Proconsuls shortly.

3: Great Jedi War

Plans are in train for this, and we aim at having the competition start in January. More details on that as and when.

4: Artefacts / Possessions

All Clan Summits should check the list that I sent out last week to ensure that the possessions listed for their Clan are accurate and up-to-date. If you have won further possessions since the list was compiled, or you wish to alter/amend details, now is the time to do it. You have one more week to get this completed.

5: Reports

I've already mentioned reports to the Dark Council today in a private email, so I'm going to mention them again here. When you take on a command position, you take on the responsibility of writing the reports that go with that position. If you do not have the time to issue reports on the date they are required by your commanding officer, you should not take on the position. I will be emailing Consuls and Proconsuls separately about this issue fairly shortly as well.

6: Project Thallium

I'll be discussing this more fully with Firefox this weekend, to determine what still needs doing on this front. I'm well aware that there are remaining ends that need to be tied up, and I will be looking at all of those and working to put everything in order on this front before Christmas.

7: DGM Website

Once the website is up and running, it will be a hive of all things DGM, including a competition approval form, possession tracking, promotional guidelines and all things like that. When it's up and running. Which ain't yet. So don't bug me about it. :)
