Quaestor Report

<font color="#ff0000">INTRODUCTION</font>

Welcome to my first report as Quaestor of House Caliburnus! First off I want to thank CON Saitou and PCON Darkmage for giving me the opportunity to lead this awesome House. Also, a big "thank you" to all members of HC for their warm congratulations. I hope you like the layout of this report, I know that Darkmage used a different style but I preferred to use a more schematic layout. I think it's more readable and it will be easier for HC members to check House news. Anyway, if you think that my report style isn't good at all, just tell me so and I'll try to create a better design, feedback is always much appreciated on my side!

Talking about feedback, I'd like to point out that I'm always ready to take suggestions and constructive critics from all of you. Actually my first goal as QUA is to establish a high level of communications between the Summit and the rest of the House. Is there something you dislike? Do you think to deserve a medal or a rank promotion? Do you have a good idea to improve the House? Can't you go along with a member of your Battleteam or House? Do you just want to have a talk? Feel free to contact me and/or Kane Reese!

Competition Approval

Could I take the opportunity to remind people that once the DGM site is up and running, all competitions will be being approved through the DGM office as used to happen previously. In the meantime, to get your competition approved, you should either use Shadonyx's competition approval site, or you may email me, cc'ing Shadonyx, with your competition request, ensuring that you fully detail all medals to be awarded as a result of your competition.

I will notify you of the location of the new competition approval form as soon as it is done.

Industrial Points Guidelines

Just to make this as simple and straightforward as possible...

To earn IPs, all you need to do is have a competition involving 2 or more Squadrons, where the activity and overall rankings of the Squadrons are kept. In order to be eligible for the IPs, you need to have 33% activity in all events... ie, 9 submissions for 3 events. If your team has those participation, and the others do not, your team is eligible, while theres is not.

IPs cannot be used to modify craft that are given to you, or any craft that you have won in competitions. They can be used to modify fighters you have created however. For IPs to be given, the SHW and/or his staff must have been notified in advance, and the competition must have been approved by the Chancellor.

Nightmare Commander

 The Battleteam leader position in Nightmare squadron is currently

     - Your DB history, former positions and personal info.

     - How you
would improve activity in Nightmare.

      - How you would increase numbers in Nightmare.

 Unfortunately SW Zekk Terrik decided to transfer to Rogues due to a

sudden lack of motivation. I'm sorry to see a good member like SW Terrik leaving this House. I hope to see you back to Caliburnus in the future!

<font size="-1">I'm planning to improve the current House training system.

Masters, please send me a list of all exams passed by your students as well as any other relevant information about the training of your apprentice.</font><font color="#999999">
