Okay, two announcements. One big, the other not so big.

1. I need a Praetor.
   

Yes, that's right. I've broken down and am in need of a Praetor. Desired skills are:

-Rank of DJK or higher
-Leadership experience (Battleteam leader or higher) for at least 4 months
-IN-DEPTH knowledge of the DSC
-Knowledge of HTML (and other web programming languages)
-Ability to respond to email quickly (no more than 24 hours)
-Able to conduct oneself professionally at all times
-NO HCI RECORD!

1. Leadership hints
   

I asked the Consuls and Proconsuls this a while back, and the response was...less than ideal, shall we say. So, if anyone has any hints, tips, tricks, notes, etc. on being a leader in the DB, email [Log in to view e-mail addresses]. I like email, so please swamp me with suggestions.
