Announcements from the Office of Consul Zorrixor

Another week, another long seven days of tiring work on my part...one more week to go and I will finally have free evenings to get some things done...

In all its been yet another slow week, it seems like real work is causing most people to struggle to keep active currently....I am making a pair of requests this report though, so I hope you all follow them...

Resignation of Quaestor, Krath Archpriest J'Rai

It saddens me greatly to announce the retirement, not only from Quaestor but from the EH as a whole, of Archpriest J'Rai. Rai has been a good Quaestor, he has upheld the job for a long time, and he has done good things whilst he's been there. He's helped and supported myself during my time in charge here, and has stayed on even when he wanted to go in the past to make sure things kept going and didn't collapse.

My greatest thanks extend to Rai, he will be deeply missed, and I only hope that after a break he finds the time to come back once again.

Resignation of Quaestor Bob

Yet another sad depature, but Bob has been thinking of leaving the job for some time for a more relaxing role. We have not lost Bob, for he is now a Commander, but he too has been a cornerstone in helping me during my time as Consul so far. Bob is a good friend, he was always a brilliant Commander when I was his Quaestor and he is a long standing starting member of the Clan, his services to Primus Goluud will be missed, but the work he has done there will keep going...

Applications being accepted for Quaestor of Marka Ragnos and Quaestor of Primus Goluud

All standard application procedures apply, you must mail myself, the Consul, and Arion Sunrider, the Proconsul. Standard Sadow criteria apply, those being:-

Required Criteria

• Rank of Dark Jedi Knight or higher.

• At least 8 months in the Brotherhood.

• High IRC Presence

• 48hr email response time.

• Previous leadership experience - Evidence required. (Preferably of Aedile level)

• Prepared for an initial 6 month commitment.

Desirable Criteria

• Rank of Warrior or Priest.

• Daily IRC Presence.

• 24hr email response time.

• Enthusiastic, interested and past demonstration of commitment to the Brotherhood. (Namely running of detailed, moderately sized House competitions).

• Membership within Clan Naga Sadow, etiher in the past or present.

I will accept applications for as long as necessary until I find a suitable candidate for the job, I will not simply appoint the 'best of the bunch' who happen to apply in the first week, so take some time when writing your application, as I don't know who to appoint yet, so I will strongly be considering various minor points, and it will take something special to convince me why you are the one for the job, I'd like to make choices by this time next week however, so please try to get applications in by the weekend, after all, the sooner you apply the more likely I am to consider rather than forget you.

AWOL Check Results

I requested all units conduct some form of AWOL Check on a new procedure whereby unless you physically DO something, that being something more than learn how to send an email saying 'I'm alive' you will be deemed AWOL. This I gave a two week deadline, it is now three weeks in, so I expect to see results coming in from the Quaestors, as do I expect to see a lot of dead weight get booted. There is no excuse for not doing anything, I'm at school currently until sometime between 6pm to 10pm every night, the only free time I had was saturday afternoon after school, of which I mainly slept for most of that time. I still find time to do a few small things, if you can't go on IRC or something then I'm afraid you're going to be treated as AWOL, there is simply no reason why one can't do something...

Appointment of a Commander of Sapphire Squadron

My congratulations go to Sith Battlemaster Bob, the new Commander of Sapphire, the Squadron was in its best shape under Bob once before, I hope he manages to bring it back to glory.

Feud Update

Theres been a lot of discussion on this, so hopefully we'll get some final plans laid down soon, myself beign in the state of leave as I am means i can't guarentee this though...
