Corde has mailed me the House site he has. The server will change and I'm going
to try and make it a more inclusive part of the House running. I should get time
to fiddle with it this week, in between Sith and Obelisk layout re-designs!!! So
hopefully by next report I'll be referring more frequently to it!
__Oathmaster Appointed:
Congratulations to
Guardian Tirna, on her appointemnet to House Oathmaster!!! Loor was going to
handle the duties himself, but felt that with Tirna's work in the training
sector and currently meeting and greeting new members, she was ideal for the
job. Good luck Tirna, your first report was great and I'm sure you'll do well,
I'm sure everyone will be pleased for you and if you need anything don't
hesitate to contact myself or Loor.
Dark Allegiance Feud
Evaluation:
I'll be
writing up and sending out evaluations proformas and asking you gusy for points
that'll help improve future feuds. I have learnt loads myself on hopw it could
ahve been improved, but you were the members taking part so I'd like to hear
form yuo all when the evaluation form goes out.

News:</font>
*Important News for Current and "Wannabe" Sumit
Members:
A little while ago, a leadership course was composed and
authorised by the Shadow Academy. However, it was never made mandatory. This is
to be changed. As part of that change, I would like to ask all those current
leaders of the DB (that's Dark Council, Consuls, Proconsuls, Quaestors, Aediles
and Battleteam Leaders) to take and pass the test before the New Year. You may
think you know it all already, but from this date onwards passing this test
mandatory for holding a leadership position. If you have not passed it, you will
not be allowed to advance beyond your current position until such time as you do
pass it. The Master at Arms is now
under orders to check member profiles to ENSURE that this test has been passed
BEFORE appointing members to leadership positions.

has been extended by 5 days, thus the new submission date is the 18th of
December. Anyone who has submitted early may ammend/add to their work and
re-submit at that date if they want. There will be no further extensions as we
have a Clan Feud to be getting on with!!!

<font size="3">Conclusion:</font>
Lot's of awards this week which has been
great to see, well done to everyone of you!!! I finished University yesterday
until January the 7th, so I'll be around more. The past week I've been blown
away with end of term work, at last I can relax and have some fun!
Congratulatios once again to Tirna on her Oathmaster appointment, we all have
every confidence in you.
Lot's of competitions will be winding down this coming week - but we have the Tri-Clan Feud, CSP X-Mas Bonanza, and DGM Mairin will also be running a festive competition for those of you who still won't more!!
