Yay! First report of the year and it's going to be kinda long. Sit back, relax, and read away.

The past last year for Gladius

Well this past year has been interesting. A lot of you were not here for the whole year. Gladius had a new QUA, AED, and a new TET for the Mystics. Sounds kinda like the start of this year :) They say history tends to repeat itself. People came and went, some stayed and some went AWOL. There were a lot of medals and promotions given out for work on competitions. Most importantly, all you guys came! Gladius had been down member wise. I was Mystic TET and there were two other people besides me in the phyle. Now look at it! I think things are doing great right now and I want it to stay that way. My goal for this year is to help everyone do their very best so we can win the Great Jedi War. So what is everyone's goals for the year?

Promotions/Medals

Nothing to report on here. I have two people going through the Jedi Trials at the moment but they have not completed as of yet. Make sure you submit to competitions to be recongnized here!

Activity

Well, since no one sent me a report of their monthly activities I guess I'll just give mine. A few people on LoA at the moment. I would like everyone to tell me what they think about making a report monthly on your activity.

Here is what I have to report on what I've done during the month of December.

I was a bit active on IRC in channel #Tartentum on the Undernet.

I was active on email, sending out reports weekly and additional emails to welcome new members.

I am a little active with KCC battles.

I have posted many times this month on the Tarentum Message Board.

I submitted three things for the Christmas Competition.

I submitted a poem for the monthly Krath topic.

Winners of the House competition were chosen and medals awarded.

Others were rewarded for their activity and hard work.

I am currently working on a personal story and thinking up a new competition for the house.

Those are the things I'd like for everyone to include in your report. Of course you couldn't say you rewarded people but I think you get the idea. :P

DB News

Not really much going on at this time. With the holidays ending, everyone is sort of in a daze from eating and drinking too much. Just sort of waiting for everyone to wake back up.

Other News

If anyone has any issues they'd like to be brought to the attention to the summits (ie CON, PCON, other AEDs and QUAs of Tarentum) please feel free to let me know what's on your mind and I will bring it to everyone's attention. This is something we all plan to start doing each week to sort out problems and bring different opinions to the table. Like I said, feel free to send in what you think are problems or just suggestions if you'd like.
