_**KAP ^Cyberguy^ has made some excellent additions to the DB site this week - everyone should go check out these changes. IWATS (as noted below) is one that most effects us.
IWATS Courses On Dossiers:
_ INITIAL POST BY SCL ^Cyberguy^:_ I've added a new function that you can add your IWATS courses to your DB dossiers. All you got to do, is to forward your IWATS Passing E-mail to our Headmaster Mage and he'll add it to your dossier. Go to http://www.imperialacademy.org to take IWATS courses.
FOLLOW-UP_ POST BY HM Mage:_ For simplicity's sake, I am going to lay down a few specific rules about this:
1) You only get to send me one mail. Include all your courses passed and proofs/PINs in that mail. I will not be hassled to add a new course for every person one at a time. That, and my inbox doesn't need the thousands of mails.
2) Acceptable proofs are either other dossiers/records showing your courses passed, or copies of the confirmation emails.
There may be more rules as more annoyances are unveiled...
